Really good for Photo booths make really Quick prints water and smuge proof. Grate fir skin tones. I love this portable space saving little perfect printer. I’m sorry to hear they’re not making it anymore. I don’t know what I will do without it. I don’t see anything like it on the market especially when that does such beautiful color tones.

I've been using this product since approx. 2010. I like the weight of the paper (I use the glossy finish) and the colors look very good. I print out hundreds of pictures a year and have never had a problem with the paper or ink. I just wish it were cheaper, but that's the price you pay for having control over printing your pictures exactly how you want. TIP: when your printer needs cleaning, don't use a sheet of the photo paper. Buy some 4x6 index cards, and run those through the printer instead. If you have to clean multiple times, you can use the index card up to four times: just keep rotating and flipping it over until you've done it four times. No need to waste good quality photo paper.

This is a great pack - enough ink and paper to print 150 4x6 photos at home. The photo quality is outstanding - and I am a very picky photography hobbyist. It is a great purchase for those with the Picture Mate. I actually take a new pack and my Picture Mate with us to visit family, so I can leave them with printed photos of our visit together. It is wonderful to have these on hand for all the last minute school projects the kids have or any kind of photo-driven project. I love that these prints have a life expectancy of 100+ years.

Yes, the color and quality of the prints are great, but the ink will NOT last to give you 150 photos. Assuming you start with a perfectly clean set of jets, if you print some and then don't print for a couple of weeks you will have to clean the jets--probably multiple times--before the prints look good again. I guess they get clogged from sitting. That process takes up a ton of ink. I don't even know if you could get a hundred prints out of this if you printed non-stop, but I can tell you that you will probably get more like 50 or 60 prints if you need to clean the jets between printing sessions. That's uncool. They really need to sell the cartridges without paper so one has an option--otherwise the paper is wasted.

I originally bought a different brand of ink, thinking that it would work just as well as the Epson, but it did not work at all... (long story). Anyway, I decided to purchase this, because it came not just with the ink, but also with photo paper. The ink worked really well once I loaded the cartridge and did the standard ink tests. I have printed off many pictures (about 90 photos) since I bought it, and I still have not needed to buy another (although i will have to very soon). The quality of the photos are better than some of the others I have used. On the other hand, the photo paper that comes with it, is only alright. It's not the best, but it's decent and it does the job. Overall, I would recommend it, because the ink is good and you get photo paper with it.

If you have a PictureMate, you know how great these photos are. Dye sublimation (the technology used here) is far superior to any ink jet printer you'll use. I used this for a school carnival, plugging my camera directly to the printer and set up a little farm scene. The kids and adults loved getting their photos right away. YOU WILL HAVE LEFT OVER PAPER Don't throw it away. Epson has a return policy. Just search online, there is a form. You send in the left over paper and they will cut you a prorated check. Then buy another pack and you are ready to go.

This print pack is a quality product, but I was unable to locate it in stores in Albuquerque. Had to order it on line to continue to use my printer. Epson fills the ink cartridge box with 150 sheets of photo paper but the ink only lasts for about 70-75 photos. Paper paid for...but ink supply short!! The price of the product could be reduced with LESS photo paper per cartridge. It is unfair to pay for a constant build up of the supply of EXTRA paper and an inadequate ink supply. I now have five boxes of left over paper....and just had to buy more INK!!! And soon will have box # 6 of extra photo paper!!

This product is one that I must buy because it is the only one that works with my Epson Picturemate printer. That being said, I am very satisfied with my Epson Picturemate printer and the ability to print high quality prints from my camera's SD card. The price is equivalent to going to my local Rite Aid or Wal-Mart and paying Approx $.28 per print. But I can stay home and do it here and do this anytime I want to in any weather conditions. This a great product.

The Epson T5848 kit contains one ink cart and 150 sheets of 4x6" paper. Having used several of these packs in one of their Epson PictureMate Charm PM225 printers, I get about 156 prints per ink cart - I keep some spare paper around. Colours are bright, emerge dry to the touch (no smudges) and claim to be water-resistant and colour stable for a century. (I won't be around to update then!). I have used third-party compatible ink carts with a previous Epson PictureMate model with success, but the compatibles I tried for this printer delivered many LESS than 100 prints per cartridge - no savings there. I'll stick with the Epson brand kits.

Have been using the Picturemate photo printer by Epson on a daily basis for many years. This is the paper and ink package required by this printer. This product arrived quickly and in excellent condition, the expiry date is more than a year and a half away. All good.
