4 Inches Compatible Weather-Proof Marine & UTV Gauge Stereo Radio-Black

I bought this as a replacement for my old receiver in my golf cart. I wanted something that was marine rated on account of the salt air we live in in florida and the cart getting f wet during storms. This thing is perfect! Easy to install, terrific sound and best of all, the user interface is crazy easy. Love this and def made the right choice.

Simple to install but it did not have a wiring harness (the prior unit did), so it required a bit of work to make all the connections.

Couldn't believe how good this item was for the price definitely go with this. If you buy this item get the warranty on it its definitely worth it if you have the extra couple bucks. Best for the price right here especially since its a gauge style!

It was disappointing as the radio and blue tooth worked great. after a few trips out I used a hose to wash down the boat. was actually listening to the radio while i was washing it down. Went to turn it off and buttons were non responsive. had to disconnect it from the battery to shut it off. After that It never worked again. Beware it is NOT waterproof. If you plan on using it on anything other than a boat i'd say it would probably be good. I would not pout it on a boat.

Didn't work for my application

The round, compact shape was perfect for my side by side, as there simply wasn’t much dash space to utilize. Installs easily with a round hole saw and hook up was a breeze as well. Great for average use. If you’re looking for high end or huge amplification, this isn’t for you.

Bought this boat radio to replace our existing boat radio. It would not have been my first choice in radios but our boat had this same radio in it so we just replaced it with the same one

I installed the Velex marine stereo in my 2018 Yamaha Viking 4x4 utility vehicle and couldn’t be happier with the overall sound quality. The 40 watts per channel wasn’t as loud as I would have liked it, but with installation of an amp, I am very pleased! Would definitely buy again

I built a makeshift box to test this stereo before installing it in my new boat. I had read some mixed reviews about this product and I now am satisfied with its quality. Honestly I will be recommending this amazing little unit to friends and family that are looking to upgrade their dated marine sound systems. I have read that the glass might fog up and that the digital controls will stop working after a long and cold Canadian winter.....but I will put quick connects on the unit so that I can remove it in the winter 😉. Honestly people it's a 100 dollar bluetooth stereo....just take care of it and it will last! Thanks for the great product 👍😀

Only down side is all your presets are gone every time you have to disconnect the battery. Other than that, recommended.

Works great. A bit tinny of sound but that could be the speakers. I’ve adjusted the levels and still tinny. I believe it’s the output wattage. The system comes with all wiring to set up a secondary amplifier which is a big bonus if your putting lots of speakers or subwoofers in your boat but for a small boat with 6.5” speakers it’s just going to sound “okay”

Just a tiny bit bigger diameter than similar units so I had to ream the existing hole a bit bigger. Sounds clear but doesn’t produce much for volume. Wiring is well marked and easy to install. Can’t expect much more for the money!
