Micro Touch MAX Hair Trimmer, Green

Does a great job. It feels dangerous shoving this mini-chainsaw inside your nose and it can nic protruding veins… but very rarely. I use it frequently.

Being that I got this baby (two times over, as my teenage daughter took the first one & I can’t really blame her), so for another $10 we both had one, it worked out for $20 altogether. The prices on Amazon go up and down a lot, but I feel that even at the current rate of $17 and change, this particular trimmer is worthy of this increased cost factor. I mean, yeah.. we all try and save money whenever we can, I just like the product THAT much, that it’s not out of the question for me to pay that price for the item. I hope that makes good sense. I base my reviews on the quality for cost factor as #1. This hits that outta the park, and I’ve tried many, many trimmers. Me, my hubby & 18 yo daughter, use these almost daily. This one reaches every place on my face that I want trimmed & features a sharper feeling cut (without cutting the actual skin, of course), that is lower and smoother than any trimmer I’ve tried, even ones outside of this price point. A great brand, great quality, a worthy buy!! No more knock off, non USA based trimmers for me, that can cost even more sometimes. I love my Microtouch trimmer 👍❤️. Does the deed and works pretty well, but the batteries need to be replaced often if you want it to be more powerful. Also, unit breaks down and stops working earlier than expected and this is my 3rd one. But I can’t complain because the price is right and I’m happy with the results. YMMV but I recommend this product for your trimming needs.

Its is a solid product that i use to trim my dogs hair around the eyes…he doesnt like the light so i cover it with tape. But the trimming was smooth and he just sit back and not afraid and let me trim aroung his eyes and face…He looks so sdorable i can see his big eyes..now.. I trim about once a month

At that age where the Wild Hairs grow. This is grim and distasteful reviewing. I use my electric shaver for the hairs exposed at my external nares, but that can't reach those way up in there. And the occasional ear hairs are almost impossible with a rotary shaver head. So for $10 this was worth a try. I've used it three times so far, but I don't intend to use the attachments. • The idea of inserting a carving knife into my nose is daunting. They are kidding you if they say you can't feel it, or that it's comfortable. This thing has sharp, pointy edges that are going back and forth, and you have to be careful. See photo. • And then you have to rotate it around in there. • It does not cut the hair even to the skin, like a straight razor would (or a decent electric). There is some hair projecting. Up inside a nose it's not a big deal, but if it's visible, it's visible. • The little light actually does help sometimes. • The longevity of the battery isn't a big deal -- I mean, it's not for daily use (unless you have some really weird hair growth) -- but a rechargeable style might be something to look at. • The instructions say you shouldn't get the cutter wet (runny nose, anyone?), so cleaning is iffy. • It failed to start for me on second use. I banged the head and it started. Uh oh. • The tiny plastic cover does not stay on very well. When this one fails -- I hope not for a long time -- I'll try a different style of cutter.

I’ve tried many nose/ear trimmers over the years, and this one beats them all. I’ve owned three of these over time and never been disappointed. Durable, effective, comfortable to use, and just keeps working — highly recommend it!

Very versatile and powerful little tool!

I've used a lot of these inexpensive AA-battery powered trimmers, and this is a cheap one. The blades are truly skin safe. Not all these micro trimmers are. But that's the last good thing I'll say about it. It eats AA batteries for lunch. I don't know how it's so power inefficient compared to the competition, but it is. The plastic guards are the cheapest sort of plastic, barely stay on, and crack easily. The blades jam at the slightest provocation. It's common for you to need to reach in there with tweezers and unjam them to get the woefully weak motor started. There's lots of cheap trimmers in the sea. Throw this one back.

Good quality, tiny light built in provides perfect visibility

This works like a dream, for all us men who find excessive hairs bristling out of their nostrils as we age, a must. I've bought at least 3 of this sort of trimmer from other stores over the last few years. Without fail, they all stop working. And are more pricey than this unit. The last one I had was a big name brand, and was terrible. This is a dream.

This product helps in my personal hygiene and help build my confidence at the same time.
