Simple effective solution
Works perfectly and the extra long cable is great. Using with an old plotter device and it simply just works

Driver disk does not contain all drivers needed for Windows 10
Once I had found the correct Hasp Key drivers online and installed them, the device performed as designed, but this is not plug and play. If you're not comfortable with the manual installation of Windows drivers, I wouldn't recommend this item.

No fuss rs232 port
Simply plug in the usb let the computer find it and then set the rs232 port and away you go simple.

Failed connection
Didn’t work with connection to my hand controller/Celestron AVX telescope mount and laptop. I found another that did work.

The connector is fine but the software supplied doesn't appear to support it
What did I expect, well plug it in, install the supplied software and fumble about with some Python to talk to a Growatt solar inverter. The plugging in was fine, then everything fell apart, it's winter. I will wait till the weather warms up so I can sit out in the sun trying to get it to work.

muy buena calidad convertidor usb a rs232 , datos muy fluidos no se cuelga calidad muy buena cable bien protegido y grueso , ojo los drives son mas complejos si no se instala bien no funciona , seguir bien los pasos !!! 100% recomendable

Adapter wurde sofort erkannt und eingerichtet unter Windows 11 64bit. Funktioniert bestens.

Cable work like charm. It, even. provides extended settings in advanced settings tab, (latency, timeouts, etc.)

Worked very well no issues you can download the drivers from their website if you laptop doesn’t have a cd drive
