They are top quality product
My company ordered 2 of these for a Pastor friend of mine. We installed each 1 in separate bathrooms, under the sinks. Both heaters worked much better than expected, without problem. Easy install. Get the 220V.

Heats up fast and decent flow
We have tankless hot water heaters in our home. They are great for being able to take multiple long showers, and when not in use, they don’t waist power heating a tank of water no one is using. However, they do take longer to heat up. So these point under sink heaters are great for immediate hot water at bathroom sinks to wash hands. They would also be Brest in places where you don’t have hot water for hand washing. The flow is good for hand washing, at sinks, but I don’t think you would want this unit for a kitchen sink or shower. This takes up very little space under the sink, which is great, but you need a bigger unit if you have needs beyond a hand washing sink

The faucet will need a special aerator.
The item should come with the aerator as needed for proper flow to produce the heat needed, that information was missing in the description.

compact and adaptable and works well
I installed this tankless water heater to provide hot water to the sink in my outdoor kitchen 10 years ago. It has always worked well to have hot water for hand washing, rinsing dishes or food, etc. It's installed in the Houston Texas area so the water gets too hot to touch in the summer and plenty warm in the winter. The cold water feed comes from an outside faucet tapped to send water through a pipe under ground to the counter. In the severe freeze of February 2021 the water heater ruptured, as did every tankless water heater as I understand because there was no power during the freeze. If I had disconnected it and brought it indoors and drained it it might have survived. I replaced it with another identical water heater. It is compact and easy to install. I like that you mount a mounting plate on the wall then connect the cold and hot water flexible lines, pressure test it, then snap it into place on the mounting bracket and then connect the electrical connection. It is easy to dismount from the mounting bracket, too.I had it installed in a fairly cramped space under the sink next to a Gould under sink self contained pump. I also installed a garbage disposer to help handle solids going out the drain.

Ruptured internally and flooded shop
Bought this for the bathroom sink in my workshop. It didn’t perform as well as I’d hoped, but still warm enough to wash your hands.I’m on a well, and changed the water filter about two weeks after installation of this heater. All it took was a small air bubble in th line and the element burned out. I had good intentions of replacing the element, but never got around to it.I had actually even forgotten that it was there, until I walked out one afternoon to find water running out from under the shop door. The unit had ruptured internally, and water was coming out basically full flow. This wasn’t a pin hole…Ruined the vanity, all the trim, and required hundreds of dollars to repair the water damage to the sheet rock.Pretty sure I wouldn’t recommend this water heater to anyone.

It's The Best Value for Money Water Heater
I'd like to first of all comment on other postings which gave the impression of how terrible this product is. On the contrary, this product is the best I have ever bought. It clearly states the Voltage rating as 220-240V so if you buy it without reading the technical details then you can only have yourself to blame. You should ask for the 110V rating if you live in North America and do not have a dual domestic electrical system (110/220~240V). Although it does involve some plumbing work, it is not as if one has to assemble a space shuttle. Please get an ordinary plumber who is able to connect a T-joint PVC pipe from your cold water source in the bathroom to the INLET of the Heater (Blue Dot) and the outlet of heater to your existing hot water line. As regarding a professional Electrician, I don't really know why these guys are asking for such. All you need to get is a 3-PIN plug and connect to the bare wires (Pig Tail) of heater and switch on the unit, and you are ready to go. Maximum installation time including plumbing shouldn't be more than an HOUR. Anything more than that means you are DEFINITELY DOING SOMETHING UNCALLED FOR!
