Can you play vrchat with this?

You can with Riftcat and Vridge. Download Riftcat on your PC and Vridge on your phone and connect them both to your WiFi, put your phone in the headset and launch VRChat. Use an Xbox controller or something similar for actions, head movement will work with the phones gyroscope.

What is the app I'm supposed to download in order to use this?

Google cardboard and Within. I also searched YouTube for VR and select the Cardboard logo for the double screen view.

Does it support Bluetooth?

The sound just comes from your phone. Doesn’t need Bluetooth
