I ordered one of these and installed it. A few months later, I am back for two more and chose to stick with this exact model of mount. I really like the solid, yet aesthetic design. I bought this specific mount for the look and quality of the mount. The rubber protector is just sufficient, without being unnecessarily bulky and seems like it will be durable. Time will tell. One of the selling factors for me is the details, such as the included hardware. Most companies save pennies on the included screws and include easily stripped out screws. However, these were a much higher grade of metal. Even with my impact driver, I did not even start to strip the screws. On the plate for the bottom wheel, there is an included adhesive strip, so you do not have to screw it in. I appreciate the details that make install easy. Quick note: I ended up not having room to hang my bike the way this mount was designed to hold it, so I now take my front wheel off (quick release) and hang it by the seat parallel to the wall. I use the tire tray to keep the bike foot pedal from scraping the wall. This has saved us a lot of space in a single car garage spot and works extremely well.

I love these bike mounts for the wall. Garage, shed, or apartment - these work great for getting bikes up and out of the way! I've got two bikes up on the wall with these, and plan on ordering a third. Pick the fastener of your choice or use the screws provided (we're currently using drywall mount toggle bolts - make sure to get appropriate size washers/bolts if you do!) Works great for all sizes of bikes. I've got my 90's Trek cro-moly hardtail on it and the mount is holding great (all-steel with racks and other commuter/touring gear). With the right mounting hardware, you'll do fine with any standard bike (e-bikes and such may be too heavy, be sure to check the specs and weight of your bike - the manufacturer notes it's rated to 40 pounds). Bottom-line: There's slightly cheaper options out there, but this is the brand that has been around. It's solidly constructed and aesthetically pleasing on the wall. You can't go wrong with a couple.

I'm glad I purchased the Delta Leonardo Single-Bike Rack for my mountain bike. Saving space in my cluttered garage and the need to reduce the need for me to pick up the bike as much as possible for storage are the primary reasons I made this purchase. The design is simple, the construction is sound, and mounted into the wall studs of my garage make it very sturdy. The reason I reduced my rating to 4 stars is that the instructions for mounting the unit to the wall do not present the best way to reduce stress on the front wheel over time due to bicycle weight. My mountain bike is not the lightest weight on the market (Trek 'Navigator'), and lifting it into position on the wall as well as putting the entire weight on the front wheel are two things that I wanted to avoid. So, after reading a couple of the previous buyer reviews and recommendations for installing this product, I altered my installation somewhat to make the Delta Leonardo Single-Bike Rack easier for me to use and easier on the front wheel of my bike. Since the location of my Rack is in my garage, I was not opposed to providing my bike's rear wheel with support to take all of the weight off of the front wheel. So, I first used a 16-inch cinder block placed against my garage wall to support the full weight of the bike as it stands on end against the wall. This is a convenient height (for me) to roll, lift, and support my bike against the wall. Next, I placed the front wheel support bracket on the bike's front wheel rim as I supported the bike in its intended position against the wall and marked the mounting holes along the perpendicular line I'd previously marked on the wall with my framing level. I was careful to position the Rack hook so that it held the front wheel rim without putting any stress on it. I'd advise anchoring the Rack using 3-inch deck screws into a wall stud for strength (however; with the bike's weight supported by the cinder block, I suppose a quality wall anchor would have sufficed had I not been able to locate the Rack directly over a wall stud). I then removed my bike from the wall and secured the Rack hook assembly with two deck screws. The bike was then returned to the mounted Rack, resting on the cinder block and I installed the Rear Wheel Bicycle Tray after marking its mounting holes along the same vertical line using screws (rather than the peel-off adhesive tabs that came with the Tray) for added strength. I'm very happy with how this installation worked and the ease with which I can now stow my mountain bike against the wall using the Delta Leonardo Bike Rack without having any stress on its front wheel. I would definitely recommend this product to a friend, especially with the above method of installation.

These do just what they say and work well. Gets bike up off the ground and out of the way. Easy to lift bike up and hang it. On this type of hanger, you have to watch your spokes. You do not want the bike resting on it.

I am definitely not an avid biker (<100 miles/year), but want to bike a little more often for exercise so I decided to show my bike some love and bring it inside from the shed. Thought it would be kind of complicated to hang on the wall, but was pleasantly surprised that it was super easy (and cheap). This bike hanger was easy to install with a stud finder, drill, and a screwdriver. I used the screws that came with it and they seem fine. Holds my ~30lb commuter bike up no problem. Took a few tries to get used to how to hook the wheel correctly and definitely takes a bit of strength to hoist my bike up but nothing too difficult. I just make sure the hook isn't directly on a spoke. Surprised at how little space the bike takes compared to having it on the ground. Very happy with my purchase. Another benefit of having my bike inside now is that seeing it every day makes me want to ride it more often :)

Really good to install and very robust to hang my bike. I have a few bikes hung up with other bike hangers but this one, for the price, is stylish and strong.

Why this is listed as a "woman's" bike rack I cannot understand. But Amazon seems to have a problem with gender (I bought a "unisex" knife the other day!). I don't know why it is so hard to find a good bike rack, I had ones where the hook part is hinged so you have to lift the hook with one hand while lifting the bike with the other, even those that say they fit MTB tyres don't. I use this for my MTB with 2" tyres, works great.
