Brand New Shifter Repair Kit / Set of 2 Micro Switches. 2013-2017 Altima & Pathfinder models with automatic transmission often experience intermittently shifter failure where the console shifter will not go into gear when depressing the brake or will not shift out of park. Within the shifter assembly, there is an upper and a lower micro switch . They are both extremely failure prone which causes these shift control malfunctions. Your local dealer will only offer to sell you the complete shifter assembly for around $450. I Key Error on 2013 Pathfinder
The media could not be loaded. I asked before purchasing some replied it did not display the error. After doing the install on the Pathfinder, it in fact displays the error. I also confirmed with my voltmeter that the switch is working incorrectly and is allowing current when its not in use.

No go
Causes I key error. Too much voltage. Had to replace shifter assy and return these switches

I-Key error message
If the shift is locked, just change the lower switch and will solve the problem. Don't change upper switch. the after market upper switches has problem and will show I-key error display on screen. Just changing the lower switch will work fine. Hope will help those who have I-key error problems. I had same problem and searching the web, finally found the answer. my 2013 pathfinder works good finally without I-Key error message.

Buy these or pay your dealer around $700 to solve the problem.
Received on time exactly as promised. Appear to be decent quality switches and connections. Installed exactly as described without any problems whatsoever. Nice to have my shift interlock working again after 2 years!
