False advertising. No ceramic cooking pan
I ordered this air fryer specifically because it is advertised to have a ceramic coated cooking pan and food separator. I chose to go with this over Philips and Inalsa's own Compact Touch model simply because of this. Non-stick has been proven to be carcinogenic and it's very hard to find stainless steel or ceramic air fryers in the Indian market. I received the product today and guess what? Both the cooking pan and food separator are coated with non-stick. This is highly disappointing as I have been misled by the product listing and invested my money in a product I don't want. Unfortunately, there is no provision to get my money refunded without jumping through hoops of a double replacement and then a possible refund - according to Amazon CS. Can't afford the time for such a complicated refund process (if at all possible). Highly disappointing experience with both Amazon and Inalsa.

Great compact OTG – perfect for small families
I am very happy with this INALSA 10L OTG. It is compact, easy to use, and perfect for daily baking and grilling. Heating is fast and even, and cakes come out well baked. Toasting and grilling also work nicely for small portions.
