Fun book for toddler
The colors and big letters let him say all the letters himself. Books are good quality and sturdy.

Fun book for kids and Star Wars lovers alike
After my kids loved the Star Wars 123 book so much we searched around to find this one. The kids (currently four and two) love it, and the parents who remember the originals coming out enjoy it too. The book may be harder to find because it only includes characters from the first six movies and isn't considered as marketable to modern children. It includes all the well-loved characters as well as some that only really obsessed fans would know. It's a slightly larger size than most board books but not as large as the over-sized books. The pictures inside are as detailed and clear as the cover page. All in all, I would recommend this book to any Star Wars fan if you can find it.

Happy Grandmother/Star Wars Fan
I bought this, along with the numbers and colors books, for my 13 month old granddaughter for Christmas. I am very pleased with them. They are a great size for the price, they are sturdy and entertaining. I must admit that I purchased these books for a couple of reasons, not the least of which being to annoy my daughter - hee hee. I love Star Wars she does not so I figured the baby has to have books for colors, numbers and letters - these books meet that need and I get to bug my kid a little in the process...BONUS! The baby enjoys the books and surprisingly show affection for both Yoda and Chewbacca(it's like she just knew :)). It's a Win-Win! If you are a fan I can't see you being disappointed in these books. If you are a mega fan, order a set for yourself because you're gonna love'em.

My son loves this book. A friend gave us Star Wars 123 and on the back cover of that book, there's a picture of Star Wars ABC. My son asked me for Star Wars ABC so many times that I finally went on Amazon and purchased the book. The book is great for learning ABC and indoctrinating your offspring into the wonderful world of Star Wars. My son memorized the entire book and pretended to read it. We were at Star Wars Jedi Academy at Disneyland and he just started yelling out the book..."Anakin is an amazing Jedi...Bobba Fett is a bounty hunter." I can't believe they didn't pick him to be part of the show.

Nothing Like listening to your 2 yr old try to say C3PO! <3
I bought this as a Father's day gift for my husband and daughter to enjoy some good reading literature, and I wasn't disappointed. My Husband reads each page, and then my daughter has to identify who is on the page, and it is hilarious! While she nails some names, she definitely butchers a lot. And the more we run through it, the worse it gets. Yoda was once called "Yoda", but now his name only comes out as "Deeda". Ha... And C3PO is simply CPO. This is a good way to introduce a very young child to the expansive Star Wars world, because most little kids' Star Wars stuff is pretty limited to maybe 6 different characters. In this you get two expand their Star Wars vocab by 26 new words!

Twin daughters love this book!
Initially, I bought Star Wars ABC for my newborn twin daughters as a gag to annoy my wife who is not a Star Wars fan. Since we did not have another ABC book she would begrudgingly read this to the girls during story time. It was obvious from the first time we read the book to them that we had a winner: the shiny pictures and alliterative text captivated them both. As they have grown older (currently 16 months) this book has remained a staple at bedtime. Though she loathes to admit it my wife has even grown fond of the book. It's not perfect, but is a great "alternative" ABC book. As an added bonus the book has held up excellently for a year and half to consistent abuse from twins.

Let's start the brainwashing now.
I first saw this book at the library and I just had to get it for my kids. My husband is a huge star wars nerd and I just knew that he would appreciate if we started showing our children the ways of the force early. My two-year old daughter and my seven-month old son (who was Yoda for Halloween) love the book. I almost took off one star for including characters from the prequels. Whenever my husband reads it, he changes the words to reflect his disdain for Episodes 1, 2, and 3. Instead of "Anakin is an Amazing Jedi" he says "Anakin is an Angry Jedi".You must also get Star Wars 123. It is their destiny to be together.

Includes the new trilogy
I was so excited to get this book for my friend's kid, and start teaching him about the Star Wars universe (I already got him a stuffed tauntaun that makes noise), but having received it, I'm personally a little disappointed in some of the choices. For instance, T is for Tie fighter - not totally objectionable, but i feel it should've been Tauntaun. O is for Obi Wan, except they don't use Obi Wan from the original trilogy. In fact, there's a few things from the new trilogy, which is a few more than I was hoping for. Some of the other choices they made seem like a stretch, but I guess the star wars universe isn't big enough to cover the whole alphabet. At least there's no Jar Jar, but there's also no Jabba.

Good for star wars fans
I bought this as a stocking filler for my 4 year old to try to get him interested in learning letters. He does like this book and will still pick it to read at bed time sometimes. It does have a description of all the characters, some of them are a bit obscure but definitely a good buy for little star wars fans!
