Bought these for a family member. She waited a month later before telling me they were too small, ugh! The description should have stated sizing was European and allow the buyer look up the CORRECT conversion. I purchased size 9.5 US. They mailed 40 Euro. That converts to size 7 US! I'm pretty pissed! Although the 30 days is past, I will attempt to get it waived.

The sizing was perfect for a size 5. But the arch support was not proper. It was way higher than where it should have been. So I would not recommend this sandal for plantar fascitis or people who look for arch support.
