Made the best wedding cake cookies. So tastey. Everyone raved. I don't have a food processor. These are great for recipes that ask you to use one on nuts. The flavor is excellent.

Hazelnut Flour
Excellent product. Better tasting than almond flour for keto recipes. Love it in everything that calls for almond flour. Almond flour is too nutty. Raw Hazelnut flour is sweeter and less nutty. Works in everything that is keto.

Great tasting time saver.
Bought this to make dietetic shortbread cookies. I replaced half the flour in a traditional recipe with this nut meal, and used alulose instead of sugar. Turned out great. The texture and nutty taste were definite winners. Then I tried it with butter and a pinch of Splenda Brown Sugar blend, to make the crust for a chocolate raspberry cheese cake for the sister who is allergic to wheat. Made a very nice cheese cake with a nutty crust which complimented the taste of the chocolate and raspberries.

This is an excellent price for hazelnut flour. It seems fresh and tastes fine, but not quite as flavorful as I’d hoped.

Price & Quality, great for the wallet & tastebuds, i use them in flap jacks, cakes, bread, deserts.
Takes me back to yesteryear, when the chocolate bar i was chewing had hazelnuts in them. Delicious in flapjacks, pancakes, oatmeal, cream of wheat, on chicken, Turkey tenderloins, & pork chops.. The best turkey tenderloins are at Walmart or Krogers both the same price. Add to smoothies, ice cream rolls, bisquits, light bread and coffee cakes.
