Great for play!
Was a gift to my 6yr old son who is into WW2 planes. He plays with it constantly and it has held up well. I would order more from this maker.

Hot Wings...the best thing since Hot Wheels!
Even those these aren't a Mattel product like Hot Wheels, these evoke the same vibe! These miniature replications of great planes and such are a quality toy for anyone young person who enjoys aviation! Well-detailed and made to last. These were a huge hit with the 10-year old who received them! I was truly amazed at how cool these planes are! I can't wait to purchase more for gifts!

Great WW II Fighter
The Hot Wings P-40 is a perfect gift for the younger airplane lover. For the under 5 years of age enthusiast the construction is strong. These models can handle the vigor of a younger child. The landing gear is not to scale but stoutly built for the young aviator. The planes all come with a section of Black foam runway that will fit together so as more models are added, the runway will grow. 100's of models are available.

My grandson's excitement!!
This was for my grandson's 4th birthday. He was ecstatic and I was so thrilled that it not only got there in time for his birthday, but it was one of his favorite gifts. He collects Hot Planes and this was different than any he had. Thanx for such integrity in providing ON TIME exactly what you said you were shipping, quality and all!

Good toy, but color scheme not as shown in picture
This is a nice toy: construction is kid-proof metal (the prop is soft plastic, which for a small part is probably stronger), wheels and prop turn well, and it's just the right size for a toddler who loves airplanes. There is one minor problem: the ad shows a two-color camouflage with the shark mouth on the air intake. The actual toy has solid olive color and no shark mouth. The P-40 with shark mouth is my twins' favorite airplane; they always recognize the "shark plane" in pictures, and ask me to show them videos of "shark plane" fly-bys in airshows. So it was disappointing that the paint job wasn't as advertised.

It broke within an hour of a 7 yo playing with it.
