4 stars for longevity as I have only had them in the device for a week... total stars for same reason. I thought it was a quality product very well made and came with all batteries already charged to 1.27 volts +or _ a hundredth of a volt. They charges to 1.3x and have retained that level after moderate use. I was happy with purchase. With tabs it was easy to solder and make a pack.
