From a 9-year-old: I liked how the toy succeeded the first time I tried. I also liked how it was very sturdy, even when it falls it doesn't break. In my opinion, it works well and it can definitely walk on smooth surfaces. The suction cups stick so well that you sometimes need to use tools to lift it. I highly recommend this toy.

The suction is no where near enough to make it climb walls as described online. It will neither defy gravity nor climb walls. My son has fun building the robot, and it does have many fun designs to try, but he was very disappointed that the robot would not climb walls. It is simply too heavy for the motor included. He got bored with it after about 20 minutes.

Quite good, but I wish the suction power were stronger.

Our 8-year-old bright grandson and his Dad had it put together in a day. Avi said, "Even tho I didn't get Pokemon, I really, really like the Air Walker." Nailed it!

Super fun to watch our son play with this. I wish I had toys like this growing up!

Overall the product is well built and a good concept. However the one we received does not work as stated. Climb walls? No. Climb a smooth surface like the fridge or sliding glass door? No. You can turn it on and stick it the the smooth surface but it does not go anywhere. It goes thru the motions but at least one of the feet will not release and it eventually falls off. Set in on the floor and it will slowly creep across the floor. Walk on walls, no way. A disappointment to the buyer and the receiver.

Easy to build, but 2 out of 5 of the designs didn't work as described, everyone lost interest after that. The main design sort of stuck to our large/clean window but it didn't move, just stayed in one place. No one has touched it since opening day. Waste of money.

I liked how well laid out the instruction manual was and how child friendly it was. It was super easy to assemble. However, we could not get it to climb walls or windows. We watched the trouble shooting video and checked and rechecked the tips. Still no climbing except a few steps. On our final attempt it fell of the window within a foot of the ground and broke a foot. Very disappointed.

It was a cute gift but it never really worked even after their tricks to help it. It was put in the trash within a week.
