I know there not "The Brand" but I bet they are just as comfortable and will last almost as long. However the strap (which I've never liked or use on this type of shoe) broke after a few days. But thats ok with me as I previously mentioned I've never used them in all the years I've worn this type of clog.

I am 65 years old and have worn UK size 10 shoes for almost half a century, without a problem. But these were so small I literally couldn't get my feet in and my heels were hanging over the back.I cannot understand why, because the previous pair of the very same shoes, which I bought two years ago (but on which the soles have now worn very thin), was a perfect fit at UK size 10.I have returned the shoes and have re-ordered, size 11. Hopefully that will do the trick. I do hope so, because they are my favourite shoes for gardening.PS: The size 11s just arrived and fit my size 10 feet perfectly. The moral is clear: order one size bigger than usual.

I looked long and hard to replace my previous garden slip-on clogs; most of the garden centres now sell a generic 'clog' made of springy foam plastic which are very narrow and have a tendancy to fire themselves off your feet like an elastic band. These clogs are more rigid so don't have that problem. They are very wide fitting (not a problem for me) and my size 10s I would say are very slightly shorter in length than a standard 'British' size 10. If you want to use the ankle strap-forget it..on mine they seem to have been sourced from a size 8 shoe. The other issue is that the loose insoles just work out of the clog after walking a few yards. As I wanted the extra protection from garden thorns which will penetrate the soles, I glued the insoles in place with hot melt glue and now they stay put. So for a little work on my part I now have a replacement set of garden clogs which stay on my feet, so overall I am pleased

Size 11 but didnt fit me straps were tight

This is at least the third year I have purchased exactly the same from the same company I wear these clogs in the house as slippers, as garden shoes and to pop to the shops. They are discrete hard-wearing waterproof comfortable and slip on and off easily. I wear them with Wellington boot socks in the winter for extra warmth. They are an affordable price too.

Just slip them on and go into the garden, rain, shine, mud anything as you just slip them off when you enter and leave the garden outside. My next door neighbour has ones with holes in and I wanted ones that would stop stuff getting in. Even the wife uses them.
