My daughter-in-law who is from Brazil gifted this lotion to me last Christmas. First — the scent...is light and fruity — definitely provides aroma therapy. Second — the creamy light feel of this lotion goes on allowing you to massage it in and leaves a nourished smooth feel to your skin. I am a believer in the massaging of any lotion helps it’s effectiveness. I have extremely dry skin due to chemo. For those of you who have experienced this know you need a lotion/cream that provides hydration. My skin feels silky not at all greasy. I even use this on my face and have had no skin reactions other than soft hydrated skin. It may only be in my head but I actually feel tingling after application. So I started to be stingy and keep it only for my face — because people noticed! — thinking I’d have to get this from Brazil. Thankfully I have found it here on Amazon, but I also have an amazing daughter-in-law who has given me a good supply.
