This is my favorite lip moisturizer. It feels so good on my lips. keeps them moisturized all night. It is not sticky on my lips at all. great product!

This is the best lip balm I’ve ever tried. I wish the price point was a bit lower but it actually worth every penny. It has a pleasant light scent.

I’ve tried dozens of products in hopes to keep my lips from drying out and cracking. For as long as I can remember, my lips have typically gone from feeling like 100% (after being successfully treated) to 5% in a matter of hours. Several other products gave me a bit more time and most others couldn’t keep up with my needs, at all. But this product has helped me get the issue under control. I still use small quantities daily but that’s all I really need. The only reason I gave the product 4 stars instead of 5 is because the price is so high ... but, it is a premium product that works, so it still gets my full recommendation for those who are okay with the price.

I ended up having to order this twice. My first order never showed up. My medspa sells this that I go to, but I didn’t want to drive an hour for lip balm. I have tried everything from $40-$50 products at Sephora to lower end. I use aquaphor religiously and NOTHING compares to this product. It heals your lips overnight. I had cracks on both sides of my mouth after having covid that I could not get to heal. My medspa girly gave me a sample packet of this and in one night it healed. I don’t know what is in this but you’ll never need anything else, I swear. I’ve tried Fresh Sugar Recovery Lip Mask, Laneige Balms and Masks, Summer Fridays, Olhenriksen peptide lip treatment, and countless others that did absolutely nothing for me. I returned them all and only use this. The price is worth it because you don’t even need to apply it all day. I use it before bed and my lips are moisturized all day.

I discovered this product in my Esthetitian's reception and decided to try out on my son's lips that were dried out and cracking due to the side effects of his Accutane acne treatment. The usual lip moisturizers were not working at all and his skin was painfully splitting. This product delivers a serum deep into the tissue that meaningfully improves the ability of the lips to retain moisture and "plump". The box had an image of a woman's lips that I worried would be a barrier for my 16 year old son to use the product if he perceived it to be for girls. Happily the tube is a unisex white so having discarded the boxes he accepted the product and now uses it all the time because he can see and feel how impactful it is to condition his lips. The results were so amazing that I decided to try a tube for myself and can confirm that it is a very effective, long lasting product. I highly recommend for hormone battling teenagers through to late middle aged people looking to counteract impact of aging lips.

I used this every night for 2 months with no improvement in the overall condition of my lips. They actually got worse; the weather here went from hot to cold in about a week. But I work from home and am not in the elements much anyway. For the price, especially, this is nowhere near worth it. Unfortunately, I missed the return window. I would not have kept this product.

Overpriced. Made no discernible difference to my lips despite regular use and doesn’t leave my lips feeling as moisturized as I’d like. Just “meh “

I have had chronically dry and chapped lips for years. I've tried many products over time to treat the problem. The biggest issue with these products is that they wear off quickly and only mask the problem while they are still on my lips. I'm constantly having to reapply all day long. I was hesitant to try Lipsmart because of the price and was skeptical that it would do what it promised but decided to give it a try. I am very impressed and pleased that it works so well. I think it's worth the cost because it may just balance out with the cost of all the other products I've used because I have had to buy other products in bulk since I was going through them so quickly.
