Good alternative to other NSAids
I can't take other NSAids because they conflict with my medication, and other pain relievers weren't very effective with shoulder and neck pain. This is now my "go-to" pain reliever. Please note that it does have caffeine, but taking in the morning has made a big difference for me. For times when I'm avoiding caffeine, I purchased another version of Bayer since this one has been so helpful.

The Best for Athletes!!! Especially 45+ older😉
These are the golden ticket if you practice pain management especially if you play adult sports! We play tournament Softball.I would take this about a half hour before we are set to play.They are 500mg each. I take 2 in the morning and 1 before I go to bed, And the next morning - no soreness or pain!! These are the truth!!

You Must Pay the Toilet Toll
Does the job for an inflamed back nerve and sciatica. The only downside is the caffeine amount, which I understand is critical to quick absorption, really hits you like two cups of black coffee....if you know what I mean.

Great pain relief!
Love this product! Relieves aches, pains, and headaches fast, with no side effects. I’ve replaced Advil with the Bayer product, and have found it to be a lot more effective. It’s also a great value, especially when on sale. Enjoy!

This works equally well as any prescription medicine for pain.
This works extremely well for pain. If you pair it with Naproxen, you will likely have an entire day without pain. Simply put, this stuff works well.
