I like to think of myself as a pretty good mom. Part of that title is raising my kids to make healthy food choices. That's why I like provide my kids with a different array of options in the cupboard, while also only buying snacks that have some type of nutritional value. You won't find Twinkies in this house. No sir. I buy this brand of almond packets all the time. We almost always have these in my kitchen. They're a fast, easy way to satisfy our between-meal "munchies". I especially enjoy the convenience of being able to drop a few into my purse or in my kids backpacks. Each box contains 32 individual packets of nuts. Each package contains about .625 ounces. That's about a hand full. (See my pics). That's about the perfect amount for a quick snack. These are very nutritious for you. Each package contains 4 grams of protein. Coupe that with the fact that it's only 100 calories in the entire pack, that makes this an excellent choice for anyone trying to maintain their weight, or even lose some. I would like to find some smoked almonds in this size (100 calorie). But they are great for my diet and for supplementing my lunch box.

The almonds come in individual packs with a perfect portion—not too little, not too much. They’re great for sharing with others and convenient for daily consumption whenever you want. The price is reasonable, and I’m satisfied with the product. The only downside is that almonds are naturally a bit dry and hard to eat, but that’s just how almonds are. Overall, I’m happy with it.

Usually blue diamond has a good product. These tasted bland and not crisp. I would hesitate buying these again
