Local authorized suitcase repair center was of no help, since he wanted to keep my (then newish) suitcase with the crooked wheel for weeks or sell me a used suitcase with similar unrepairable flimsy wheels. I hate seeing our landfills being filled with these almost-new plastic and metal (unrecyclable) suitcases.I bought these wheels since per the pictures and dimensions, they looked like they would fit my (widely sold in the U.S.) Ricardo brand suitcase, but they do not.I wish the pictures of the all-black wheel detailed the downward turned back lip and shallow (almost flush) top better, and saved me the time.Also wish the Sellers would list links to very similar models that might fit, since chances are they have them available. The seller did not respond to my request.They need to at least post a link to a cross reference table to their brand of aftermarket wheels from the original OEM model number stamped on the wheel, like car part dealers have.Since any protruding suitcase parts break every few airplane trips, whichever Amazon suitcase repair parts seller does this first would become a millionaire, but they do not seem interested in helping potential U.S. customers; It just baffles me!Replacing broken or worn suitcase wheels (or handles) should not be so friggin' difficult, esp. for a 2-3 year old suitcase used only a few times.I returned the wheels, and still have not stumbled upon any that fit.

The 'wheels' themselves are pretty much the same for all the different types of wheel sets *BUT* there are several different 'cups' (the part that attaches to the suitcase) and you have to make sure that you buy the right shape, depth, hole spacing, and width or these replacements will simply not work. Take your time and measure the old wheel assembly and compare it to the measurements listed on the different replacements listed until you get the correct ones... the ones you need ARE there, it just takes time, and it will make it easy to fit them if you get the right ones. i used a small amount of construction adhesive on each cup (not gorilla glue) when i did the final install and the suitcases are now better than when i bought them.

This was the second set of wheels I ordered trying to replace a busted tire on my Samsonite luggage. The first one unfortunately was completely wrong - both the size and placement of holes. This one, from the photos looked exactly like the original....unfortunately it did not fit flush the way I had hoped. However, it is a small price to pay to have functional luggage again until I replace my entire set
