The inlet outlet pipes not delivered. We had to purchase. It is mentioned installation with inlet outlet pipes are free. Hence this is not as per order.20.7.2019. Contacted Racold call center.They say inlet outlet pipes should be purchases by customer only. Then why the description in Amazon app showing 'installation free with inlet outlet pipes'.

I have been using this product for last two months and found it to be very good. Easy to install and the product works without any problems. Heating is good and the 15l heats up completely within 7-10 mins. Heat retention is also pretty good. Only problem is Racold Customer service. Their after sales service is non existant. I called them at least 5 times for installation and every time they promised me a call back from their technician. But no one called or turned up and I had to call the local technician for the installation. I am now worried about the warranty as i am pretty sure that they wont be available for service in future also. So if you can forget about warranty or Racold after sales service then go for this product as the geyser is really what it promises to be.

I have used it last one month. Quick heating. If u heat once then storage can keep hot water upto 6 hours. Good Product. Company service is very good. They installed it within half an hour. But you can get free installation in some selective model. Value for money. Looking good. Delivary service is good. Thank you Racold and Amazon.

Worst service ever by racold... It's a worst product I ever get from this.. they written to provide free installation with outlet and inlet pipe but they even don't provide it though and after complaining to them also they are arguing and not managing it properly very bad experience with this product I just not to but this ... Or otherwise you will also get trap in there fraud and. Worst service...

This is not a product review but a service review. I bought this product without understanding the height of the Geyser. It doesn’t fit in my bathroom. Called Amazon and tried to get it replaced with horizontal one.There seems to be a policy where I cannot get my product returned or replaced with some other version.My problem is that there can be genuine case like mine where the Geyser cannot be used. I have attached the picture. As a customer the product is useless and will not be used.Better should have bought from a local vendor, where they would have helped.

Good product, only problem was installation I was called to Racold support team they told me this free installation order but third party person asking payment for installation Rs.250/- so I told him I was called to support team they told me it's free installation, I was told them few time after that again finally I was called to support team of Racold and told then this guy asking money then they fire them and finally they done installation free...but its takes much my time to do that procedure..I request to sellers pls take care such things and warning those persons who comes and install this..thanks

Excellent product & quick installation is what made me write this review .quick delivery by amazon and quick installation by the racold team has made my experience very pleasant. Thanks to the racold customer care who attended my installation request and responded quickly. Product was delivered on Tuesday 3rd Nov. and was installed on 5th Nov. The installation team headed by Mr. Shamshad Siddique ( Royal Enterprises) was very polite and quick to attend the installation request.He was skilled and was carrying all necessary equipment’s and spare parts with him. Installation and pipe( upto 1.5mtr long ) was free as promised by racold. Uninstallation and any changes in your existing electrical connection is chargable. We had toChange our old socket so he replaced it with a better one with a minimal charge. After installation they gave us a demo of how to use it . Explained the product feature to us. To my surprise the water took 5-6 min to Heat up ofcourse with the highest temperature setting . The 10 ltr size is just perfect and fits into a small size bathroom too. The installation didn’t take more than 15 min. Overall a very pleasant experience with Racold product. My faith in the product has grown stronger due to their quick services.

Product is not good and having some defect in that. Already I sent mail but no response from Amazon and Racold. It's getting sounds like Tuk-Tuk while heating water.Please replace the product immediately.
