Another great minwax product
I've used minwax products for years and they are always good. This is no exception. Easy to apply and dries quickly. Really brings out the pattern in wood. A little goes a long way.

A good finish
I used this for a full wall of mahogany cabinets in my primary bathroom. It is a good finish. Just remember to use a buffer after the final coat is dry. It will bring out the finish nicely. Also note, this is NOT 100% tung oil. This is a finish which basically stays on the surface of the wood. If you want true Tung oil, the dry/cure process is 30 days minimum, but it is way stronger and water resistant because it penetrates deep into the wood. So, make sure you figure out what you need. Also, I don’t recommend putting this tung oil finish on wood that pure tung oil has already been applied to (and vice versa). The finish just peels right off. Sadly, I speak from experience. But, hey, I learned a lot! ;)

A big "thank you" to the seller for insuring no leaks!
Love Min Wax Tung Oil Finish. I REALLY love how the seller packaged my shipment. The can of Min Wax Tung Oil was placed inside of a sealed plastic bag to protect against leaking. Plus, the lid of the can was taped shut to insure no leaks. The seller went to a level few others do.. I appreciate that. The price was right, too.

Great product.
Used it to refinish knife handles and part of a desk. Works well.

Not True Tung Oil
I've been using Tung Oil for years to refinish gun stocks and fine pieces of wood furniture. And mostly I've been using Minwax Tung Oil. But this product -- Tung Oil Finish -- is not the same thing. Which I discovered only after buying and using it. Tung Oil has a somewhat syrupy consistency and is applied in multiple coats, allowing time for each coat to dry. Usually about 24 hours. Tung Oil Finish is a thinner product containing additives and can be applied in one or two coats, or as a finishing coat to the Tung Oil you've already applied. It's a good product for what it is, and if you've already applied true Tung Oil, adding this finish to your project will give it a nice shine. But if you are a perfectionist as I am, don't be misled: All on its own, it will not give you the same kind of finish you expect to see in quality woodwork.

Table 85 year old looks new
After 85 years the tables were dull. Every two years I had given them a facelift, of the same name which brought tgem back to life yet small blemishes of wet glasses, etc. After mildly washing tables and four coats of Tung Oil over four days, they are brand new! Beautiful. I do warn the odor during the drying process is extremely strong which I had expected.

Seems like good stuff
We have a wooden vanity surface with a raised bowl type sink, so we want to make sure the wood is well protects. In addition to the finish done by the cabinetmaker, we applied a coat of this. I thought it was going to be like oiling a wooden surface, but it's more like a clear coat matt finish that hardens. With just one coat, I get the feeling water would have a heck of a hard job ever getting at the wood. The coating made the wood look even richer. And then I also use Pledge over the top of that, just because I can. The Pledge adds it an even silkier feel and still richer color. Wouldn't need that last step, but why not? :-)

finish
I used this (mixed with minwax urethane) to finish butcher block counters and I am happy with the result.
