These are cute colors, and the lines are thin ruled. The only thing i didn't like is that the pages start curling up in the corner from use. it may just be because of the type of binding and it being at the top. I probably won't buy more.

Exactly what I wanted.

I have been looking for a white legal pad, with narrow ruling, that could handle fountain pens. I use legal pads daily in my work and keep the notes I take for years before disposing. So I want to be able to find something that is inexpensive, but still has decent quality for future referencing. Writing Experience - I have written with different fountain pens and gel pens. My favorite to write with is a .7 Pentel Energel, the writing is smooth on the paper and the writing is clear with no gaps or feathering. With Fountain pens you will need to test each of your inks before use. Medium nibs would often feather, though it wasn't enough to stop me from writing with Med nib. But I think EF and F nibs would work best for this paper. The smaller the nib the less feather I got. My favorite that I have used is the TWSBI Eco with Diamine Ink (Oxblood Specifically). There was minimal ghosting and no bleed through even with my thicker fountain pen nibs. Paper Quality - The paper is thin and slightly sheer, but that doesn't stop it from being easy to write on. Gel pens are smooth and Fountain pens a bit Scratchy. Nothing that would me from liking it though. My own big gripe is the tear away. As I said before I use legal pads daily and keep the notes I use. I tear away notes constantly and it is hard to get a clean tear with this paper if you aren't focused on it. Not to say that you can't I just don't want to stop, slowly tear, to make sure that I don't rip the top half off. Overall, I do like these legal pads and will continue to use them unless I find something that works better. The price is good for how much I have top buy them, and the quality is good. Highly recommend.

Product is just what I expected. The delivery came fairly quickly. Overall, a better price than most. However, I don’t understand why college ruled pads are that much more expensive than wide rule.

I love the colors, the narrow rule, and the quality of the paper. I have ordered this product twice and will likely do so again in the future.

I can't believe I'm about to rave about a writing pad! I read the negative review at the top of the review listing, and I suspect that guy must work for a competing company. I can't for the life of me figure out what he is referring to. I've worked in the Accounting Dept of Fortune 500 companies for 38 years. I've never had to buy a legal pad before, but I've used hundreds of them. Now that I'm working at home, I was about to run out, so I ordered a package of these. This is EASILY the best writing pad I've ever used! Much heavier paper than any that my employers ever buy. When I went to tear off the first page, I kept trying to separate it, because I thought I had two pages! No bleeding, not even to the back of the page, much less to the next page. No pages falling out, but when I do tear them, they tear easily, and perfectly. Construction is solid and backing cardboard is twice as thick as the ones I brought home from the office. Binding is strong and very nice quality. I think I'm now spoiled forever! Once I do have to go back to the office to work, I'm going to be extremely unhappy with the pads I get there. I may just start bringing in my own - THESE!
