At first I though this was a good product. It worked well enough, but the sliding on/off mechanism design wasn't very good. Every component seemed to be of good quality, As it turns out, the hose wasn't good at all. One day It split open just enough to leak water silently. At about 2am I discovered that the bathroom was flooded and the bedroom carpet was sopping wet.

Works great. Easy to install. Good quality. Tried once then got two more. Update: Now in quarantine with toilet paper shortage. Just a fabulous purchase. No leaks. Quality on/off function. Great for washing toilet. Spray in less sensitive area for a moment to adapt to cold water. Need only a couple sheets of toilet paper for drying. Cleaner, faster and more comfortable. Will never liveWithout again.

Right out of the box the water on/off button broke off the sprayer. Cheap plastic button shattered. The design is not ergonomic and is difficult to turn on and off.

The bidet sprayer works pretty well. It was really hard to install for a non-mechanical person like myself. It is a bit unwieldy to use given how my toilet is positioned. I don't think that is the fault of the sprayer though. I did purchase plumbers tape to help, based on a review, which was helpful.

not a good product, on/off handle broke after 1 month of use. hose broke after 2 months of used.

I really like you are able to keep this clean. I previously had the type that was part of the seat and that got nasty fast. It’s easy to install and almost too gentle after the Initial blast.My sister uses hers with potty training adventures with cloth diapers.

Quality materials and very solid which is a must around water especially in a bathroom, as for installation I can't say although my husband got it installed in less than 10 minutes and said it's built quite well compared to a different one by giggles he installed in our other bathroom, yes you heard that right. Lol There's a company here on amazon called giggles selling diaper sprayers. This bidet sprayer feels very solid in my hands, the slide lever takes a little getting used to as I've gone to far a few times pressurizing those sensitive areas and not a go I tell ya, it took only 5-6 times of that happening to take a little more time to think first before pushing the lever, now I've got it figured out, now for the on/off switch below tank, it says on the packaging that it don't need turned off with every use, well I turn off every use, I don't takes any chances with water. This is a well designed bidet in my opinion and I'll purchase another in the future when needed. Get off the fence and take the plunge, you won't regret it.

Others have said that the hose may eventually leak. Well mine lasted for over 4 years but then developed a leak while we were away from home. It flooded the bedroom, bathroom and walk in closet. The large closet required complete removal of the carpet and replacement with ceramic tile. My recommendation is to immediately replace the hose and to then lower the water pressure at the attachment adapter at the toilet. This is especially important if your home's water pressure is more than about 25 psi. Just set it to a comfortable and effective level.The attachment adapter and the bidet handle seem to be high quality and the handle is very easy and comfortable to use.
