These types of kennels are super flimsy. They are best for well behaved dogs who are calm in the kennel and will not attempt escape. They are also best for when you will be present to make sure escape isn't attempted. The best use scenario, IMO, is in the car with a dog who behaves. That is what we use it for. We don't want the dog running around the car while we're driving so this kennel, which folds up and can be easily stored in the car, fits the bill. If your dog digs, chews, or scratches this kennel will probably meet a fast demise. If your dog is pretty chill and you need a container for the car or something similar this will probably work. Mine was Tan, not blue as pictured, which I am happy about.

This product is exactly as it appears. It is good quality and fairly represented. However, I tried this for several dogs and it only worked for one dog. One of the dogs was able to escape by opening the zipper. When I rigged the zipper so that the dogs could not get it open, the dogs ran around the house in the cage. I would find them still in the cage in different parts of the house. This cage is best for a calm dog that does not want to get out or will not try to get out.

Never got it to stand up straight! Gave it to a rescue group and so far I haven't seen it used

SportPet Dog (or cat) Kennel has worked very well for me. Mine. for me, isn't as attractive because it's beige but the same otherwise. I have two cats that sometimes travel with me. Even though one is quite hyper, she is a calm rider. This unit is extremely light and folds down flat. It's very airy and open when popped up and allows them to see me and surroundings. I place it on the seat with a towel inside for them to lie one. Because of its size, foldability, and portability, it can stay in the vehicle all the time. It offers the feeling of safety and containment that cats like. This unit is large enough for two adult cats with room to spare. I've taken one cat on a road trip in it with a small litter pan and food dish and plenty of space for her to spread out. I highly recommend this product for cats or small dogs. The large would probably fit a Cocker Spaniel standing up. Sometimes being contained is all pets need to feel secure. This would not be appropriate for plane travel. A small sized one might work but first check with the airline requirements. There is no bottom support and it is not meant for carrying and would not work for that purpose.

zipper broke first time I tried to close it. worthless kennel.
