I love this addition to my bedtime routine, it does perfectly under my knees and helps keep my back aligned. It is also very comfortable, not too soft, just right. It’s the perfect height for me, not too high or too low. If I turn on my side it fits between my legs or sometimes I just kick it off the bed. Definitely glad I bought this.

Nice length. It is the typical memory foam but works for intended use. Compresses depending on leg position but just shift you weight and it instantly recovers. Nice quality.

I originally purchased this pillow for knee support. It's the right size, but it's made of memory foam, which I didn't realize would "squish" down underneath your legs until it's nearly flat. So it doesn't quite work well for support, though it's good for things like keeping your knees separated when sleeping on your side. Would not buy another memory foam pillow for my knees though.
