I'm two weeks in, and wearing the Upright every day during my working day. I got it because of shoulder pain when I was running, that I thought might be posture related. Today, 12 days after I started using it, I ran 10Km with not even a hint of shoulder pain. I can't recommend this device enough.It's well designed, the adhesive works great and isn't sticky when removed, the app is good, but most of all, it has results! And very quickly. Don't hesitate.

I work most days at my desk and was getting really scared about slouching. It certainly keeps nagging you. People have complained about adhesion, but other people have said about what to do about this - give the pads a rinse - do what it says about alcohol rubs - which are cheaper than the pads so just give your back a wipe first with these before you stick it on. I use it for (in intervals) for about 2 hours a day working at my desk (over 8 hours) and it gives me that nudge to train me to sit up. I've also realised that I can do other things to help me, like enhance the lumber support area of my chair and not rely on the chair support. That probably sounds counterintuitive, but by not 'relying' on the chair and thinking more about my posture, I realised having a bit more of a shunt in the lumber area via a foam cushion, it kept me in the right uprightness.

Really made me think/aware of my position when working at the computer and also helped to keep me straight when working. However when studying and reading a book at my desk, it kept buzzing so I had to remove it. This is because I had to bend my head which tiggered it. I would also buy the lanyard as although the sticky pads work well, when walking I perspire and it ruins the adhesive.

I bought it in March 2021 and used it for few month and found it helpful (except the fact it kept falling off time to time). My main concern was not to loose it (considering the price) due to which I started to wear it less as adhesive wasn’t effective during some activities as well it is expensive to keep buying them.I had it in the little box it comes with for couple of months without me using it and unfortunately it stopped working completely. I assume the battery that is inside oxidised or something of that matter happened due to which it no longer switches on. As you can’t open it to remove the battery for longer periods when you are not using it and it breaks down if you leave it I would only recommend buying it for constant use until you rectify your posture and then throwing it in the bin.

Been using this for 6 days now and so far so good. Definitely helping keep my posture upright (no pun intended).Was easy to pair and set up on my phone.I leave mine in Training mode for several hours and so it reminds me whenever I begin to slouch.I like the fact that the most common functions can be operated without the app, with a combination of short/long/ multiple presses on the device itself.I have suggested some improvements to the manufacturer and they have said they will consider them.Will update the review again after a month.One minor thing - the replacement adhesive pads are a bit expensive for what they are - should be half the price.UPDATE: The adhesive pads are too expensive - each one seems to last a maximum of 2-3 days.This means you would be spending £10 a month on replacement pads - so a bit like a monthly subscription cost for continued usage.I stopped using the device for a few months as I could not justify repeatedly order £10 stickers. I did consider ordering the necklace they sell for £15 - but with so many negative reviews for the item, I did not bother.After a few weeks of non-use, my posture began to creep back to the old bad one.So, after a bit of searching, I found a cheaper solution - I ordered a 3m roll of double-sided skin tape e.g. B06XH6J1QP - from here on Amazon. Been using the tape for several days now and it works perfectly.Just cut a 3-4cm strip each day and attach it to the back of the device and then onto my back. Stays stuck all day long. So, one 30m roll should last me at least 3months - and it cost less than half the price of a single 10 pack of the official adhesive pads.

Excellent product which has vastly improved my back condition! I was waking up with upper back pain most nights which my doctor attributed to poor posture. Since using the Upright Go, I’ve noticed an almost instant improvement in the pain and realised just how bad my posture was. Contrary to the manual, I’ve decided to keep mine in “training” mode at all times, so that I get buzzed every time I slouch.Battery life is good - I’ve used mine for 3 days straight without problems. The adhesive strips have lasted around 4 days on average for me. The accompanying app is very intuitive and well-designed.

The concept is great but the fact is the device isn’t very good. I had times when I had to lean backwards just to register correct posture, other times it just didn’t track. I was told to expect the fixes in the next app update but I wanted a product to work first time not intermittently based on them applying fixes.

I got rid of all my back pain after using this product. And I’m feeling taller now. Very happy with the product.
