How strong is the flavor in this syrup when compared to coffee syrups like torani? I'm trying to recreate a drink from years past and need honeydew!

I found that the flavor was quite strong. I purchased the peach syrup for making peach sweet tea. I ended up giving it to a friend who makes big batches of the tea for parties & she loves it. I found that I could never get the right ratio of syrup to tea as I was making it by the glass. Good product for the money.

Does the syrup need to be refrigerated after opening? There doesn't seem to be anything on the label concerning a need for refrigeration

There is no indication on the bottle. Based on the ingredients, it is mostly corn syrup and sugar, which should be fine unrefrigerated, but it also has 1.7% apple juice, which might make sense to keep chilled once opened. All that said, we opened ours nearly 5 months ago and have just kept it on the shelf, unrefrigerated. I made a slush last week and everything tasted just fine, and no one got sick....hope that helps.
