Great product. It was easy to install,(great move on their part for giving you the software and drivers on a usb stick instead of a DVD). Direction were clear and was up and running in less than 10 minutes. Connectivity and speed seem great. Using it on Zoom meetings with video and audio, no problems or dropped connections. Web browsing and downloads seem very fast. Great small profile. no antennae to deal with. Best purchase ever. I would definitely recommend.

Works as expected, very fast connection

I bought a pc tower from my local public library that was phasing out their old pcs for new ones. When I brought it home, I found out that it doesn't have the ability to use wifi and needed to be connected by ethernet cable. Due to the layout of my home, it would be impossible for me to run an ethernet cable to my pc tower. I was looking for a solution and saw this, and I was skeptical because of the low price, but I had nothing to lose. This adapter is amazing. It took maybe 2 minutes to install and run the program onto my pc, and connecting to my home's wifi network was easy as possible. It takes a few seconds for the wifi to connect when you turn your pc on, but that's not an issue at all. The connection is super reliable. I use it for gaming and streaming and don't experience any unusual interruptions. I ended up buying another one for my dad because his pc's ethernet port got damaged. This adapter has been working great for him too. Super glad I bought it

This WiFi adapter does it's job pretty well. It came in it's own little box with an instruction manual and a flash drive with it's software. It was easy to install, just follow it's prompts and read the instruction manual if you have trouble. Over all the signal strength is acceptable. I was able to download games and programs onto my PC relatively quickly and I can stream videos with ease. I've been using it for a few months now and I only have had a few problems. I do get moments where the signal gets weak for a few minutes but it bounces back. I also get lag fairly often when playing online multiplayer games. I also have had a few times where I had to unplug it to because my computer wouldn't register it upon start up. Because of these reasons, I am giving this product 4 stars. Over all, this product does it's job. It allows you to browse the web, watch videos, and play online games. If you're wanting to completely avoid lag, I would look elsewhere. Personally, It works well for my needs right now. However, I would like to upgrade to a better WiFi adapter in the future.

Awesome WIFI tool.

Purchased this and went through the steps as per instructions but can’t get it to work. What’s worse is that I’ve called their customer support three times and left a message for them to call me back and it’s been five days and have yet to receive a call back. Returning this now and I’ll find something else that will work and will make sure it includes reliable customer support.

I am using a Windows 10 desktop with no internal WiFi adapter. Ran a speedtest using the new wifi adapter, getting around 37 Mbps. When I had been using an ethernet cable, I would get around 38 Mbps. Sadly I only had one ethernet port and so I decided to switch over to a WiFi adapter (the EDUP) so that others could use it as well. The WiFi connection seems to be pretty good. Keep in mind though that installing is not plug and play. Included in the package is a USB stick that has all the installation files, so it was fairly easy. Don't forget to restart your computer after you install the driver.

So, this thing compared to my onboard wifi was night and day. I literally when from under 1 mb/s to 20+ immediately. It made my internet actually usable again and I could finally download games while I was awake and using my computer. On that premise, it's awesome. It is very functional and does exactly as advertised. It has faults though. Windows doesn't automatically read it properly. So you have to dig through the edup site and get the drivers for this specific one if you don't have a CD drive.. as most people don't in 2020. It was a pain hunting my model number down when putting them on a new pc. The software in general is pretty crap, and since I've bought other adapters that windows detects immediately I find this a substantial fault on edup's end. It also gets pretty hot under heavy use. But it also hung around my computers exhaust due to the length of the cord it comes with. Overall. Great upgrade for a laptop's oem wifi adapter. But for a desktop, I'd just get a TP Link instead and skip dealing with the software.

Muy bueno. Tenía un problema ya que se me desconectaba el portátil del wifi. Al emparejarlo con este adaptador de acabó el problema. Muy fácil de instalar con el pincho que trae, pilla la señal sin ningún problema y con una gran estabilidad. Muy recomendable.
