361 Men's 361-bio-speed 2 Cross Trainer

I bought these shoes to serve a single purpose: Keep my footing solid in Krav class. My other crossfit/cross-training shoes lacked the torsional stability that I felt I needed. I had read a blog that specifically recommended the One Degree Different Bio-Speed 2 as "the" shoe for Krav practice. They are easily as light as my other training shoes but the stability weld that wraps from ankle to ankle across the heel has, to date, provided unparalleled torsional stability when planting after a kick. The shoes feel great when moving in the fight stance and provide excellent grip on mats, concrete, and asphalt. I ordered my usual shoe size and the sizing was spot on. I highly recommend these shoes for training.
