Best Carribean cookbook
I have so many cookbook, and this is the best one. I can't believe how many recipes are in this book. Plus this is a hard cover book. It's so beautiful. The pictures and the stories are so beautiful. Everyone that loves carribean food would not be disappointed.

I couldn’t give the book nothing less this book is a great book. I read the ingredients and it was on point. I also like some of the recipes that were slightly fusion . if you want a good Caribbean Jamaican cookbook start off with this one is really good. I’m so happy with my purchase.

Caribbean Recipes that are EASY and Delicious.
The authors did an amazing service to us by not only sharing traditional family recipes that the Caribbean is known for, but also including actual family pics and stories of growing up with so much love, joy, and good eats!! This book is warm and inviting, easy to follow, and a proper guide to creating amazing Caribbean cuisine.

Authentic Jamaican Hierloom Recipes
Based on the recipes that I’ve learned from my family, there are slight variations in a few recipes (I’m guessing because the authors are British, and there are probably deviations based on regions of origin within JA), but the differences are negligible. Pictures are beautiful and the steps are simple to follow. Great recipes and great way to preserve Jamaican culture through its national dishes. Congrats on a job well done. I found the authors on Fb one day when I was quarantined-bored, searched for “Jamaican recipes,” and their Fb page was suggested.
