Steam the wet vermicelli in Idly pan for 7 min. After steaming, take a pan and add little oil, fry required veggies, onion, green chilly and then add cooked vermicelli and mix well. Garnish with curry leaves and serve hot with chutney. Add a little oil to the pan, once the oil is hot add chopped onion, green chilly, desired veggies and add vermicelli to the pan. Sprinkle required salt and sprinkle 150 ml water and mix well. Simmer the flame and leave it for around 7 min so that the vermicelli gets cooked and becomes soft. Serve hot with chutney.
