QIACHIP Wireless Ceiling Fan lights Remote Control Kit 230V

Bought this to replace the control gear on my “sycamore seed” single blade ceiling fan. It was so easy to fit and works perfectly. Great value too. Highly recommended.

My dad lost the controller to his fan but this saved him from binning the fan completely it is easy to install as long as you are familiar with electronics I would not suggest it to be fitted by someone who doesn’t know what they are doing

So far so good. Original fan unit didn't like led bulbs, tried all sorts of bulbs, an led bypass, which helped but meant the wall switch didn't work.rwplaced with this unit, turned the beep off for when using the remote. There is an audable click when it switches through high, med & low that wasn't on my old unit. No dimmmer, didn't use much at all. Knocked off a star as it beeps when using the wall switch & the light must be on before turning it off on the wall because it won't switch back on. Remote is a bit naff. Cheap, chearful & does the job

Due to the low price, I was not expecting too much from this unit: how wrong can you be? Like other reviewers, I found the enclosed wiring diagram useless and the wires did not exit the unit as shown, also the short antenna wire appeared to be missing. On easily flippng the back off, I was able to move the wires to the correct exit positions and also found the missing antenna wire curled up inside. Although the wiring diagram is not good, the wires themselves are labelled and connection was fairly easy once you have established what each wire is for in the fan motor unit. The remote works very well and only lacks the light dimming feature that the original had, (this was never used anyway). Although this was a like for like replacement, I will be purchasing another one to convert a manual fan with pull switches to remote operation. If the service life proves to be good and reliable, I would rate it excellent value for money.

After 20 years the remote system on my bedroom ceiling fan gave up. This replacement was simple to install and works perfectly. I can't believe it was so cheap. The factory supplied remote was IR, whilst this one is wireless, which I think is better. Highly recommended.

My boyfriend refused to help me install the remote fan I bought because of the price (it was £180). I couldn't do it myself because it weighed a ton so I had to send it back and make do with a cheaper pull cord option, which was inconvenient and drove me nuts. Eventually I decided I needed to go back to remote and started shopping around. This was a total game changer. The £40 fan from a DIY store is now remote control. Only took around 10-15 minutes to install. Super easy and so much more convenient. Buy it today. You won't regret it.

This item worked perfectly and was straightforward to install. However I had to slightly extend the live feed cable to the fan motor as it was 20mm short of reaching the connector of the motor terminal block (Sycamore 54 Blade fan).

I received a faulty item item. The seller confirmed it needed to be replaced but as I had already paid an electrician to fit it (it is quite complicated to fit) and now have to pay to have it removed again, it’s turned out to be an expensive item. If it had not been faulty, it would be a useful addition to my fan.

I connected the device to the fan. The light is working but on the fan the motor creates an abnormal loud noise and it does not spin. It also caused power trips.

I don't normally do reviews, but I bought this to fix a 5 year old Hampton Bay fan, and it worked perfectly. Installation is easy, similar to wiring a new fan, and the remote works very nicely. I also like the timer feature which the original remote did not have. I cannot get the beep to turn off even after following instructions multiple times, and if the power goes off, the light comes back on when the power returns, which is a minor annoyance only. All in all this is an inexpensive way to fix a broken ceiling Fan controller or Fan remote.

Acheté pour intégrer à un ventilateur 3 pâles de 120 cm prévu pour fonctionner normalement avec un boîtier de commande déporté. Installation un peu difficile car l'espace nécessaire à l'intégration du boîtier de commande dans la base de mon ventilateur est très restreint. Le boîtier passe juste. Il n'est pas possible de visser la patte de fixation au plafond et de venir ensuite suspendre le ventilateur comme c'est normalement prévu. Un léger espacement est nécessaire et il est quasi inexistant lorsque le boitier est en place ! On est donc obligé de visser la patte de fixation au plafond avec le ventilateur en place, c'est lourd et donc peu pratique ! Ceci est propre à la combinaison MON ventilateur et CE boîtier de télécommande et ça ne sera peut-être pas le cas avec d'autres ventilateurs. Autre petit problème : Ce ventilateur est installé dans une chambre juste au dessus du lit. La vitesse la plus basse est malheureusement encore un peu trop rapide... La télécommande permet de programmer, si besoin, le fonctionnement du ventilateur pour un laps de temps de 1, 2, 4 ou 8 heures. Je suis malgré tout très satisfait de cet achat.

I bought this to replace the wireless receiver and remote on my ceiling fan. To my dissatisfaction, my fan's remote and receiver didn't last more than 2 years. A great disappointment from a fairly expensive fan. So I went looking for a replacement and the local fan store was a little to pricey for me so I went to my trusty Amazon account. I found this setup and with Prime, I had it in 2 days. I squeezed it up into the original location and so far it works like a charm. It had an audio beep signal when you press it which I like. Buttons are easy to read and it has a sleep timer to set it to turn off automatically. GREAT product. I hope it last longer than the OEM setup. But at 15.99, not a deal breaker if I have to replace in a couple of years.
