What if we take a halfway decent product and make it in 2 pieces at the last second?
This product feels like someone designed a decent cart and then some executive came in and said "why don't we make it height adjustable that way we can ship it in two pieces and save money on shipping. And thus we got this product. a Decently built cart in terms of stability and I feel comfortable using it, but hopefully YOU aren't the one that needs to build it.Was totally missing screws I found that Fan chasis screws (M5x10) somehow worked, but were a bit wobbly in the keyboard tray. It would have been nice if the instructions included what the measurements of the screws were or something. The design to put the screw holes in the corner was asinine. It was basically impossible to tighten the screws. Wound up using pliers, and striped the nut I couldn't lower this cart, and spent literally 2 hours trying to undo a nut, the angle is basically impossible and I couldn't even return it without undoing these two nuts as it is.The one point I'll give in it's favor is I put the keyboard tray in upside down and there's little black plastic tabs on each side that you can push in opposing directions to get the keyboard tray out. Also the dual monitor is not anything actually special. The ONLY thing this cart has is a pre-drilt grommet, and they just ship a random dual monitor mount. Can't buy it without the monitor arm which is annoying as I already have one, but I wasn't going to drill a hole myself.Honestly I'd rather this have just been a non-height adjustable cart, because you can't really adjust the height easily nor access the screws. Once you pick a configuration you're stuck with it

Worked for us
The product came with clear instructions and would have been very easy to assemble if the monitor brackets had not been so poorly fabricated. The holes were cut quickly and had pooled chunks of metal that we had to grind off in our machine shop before assembly was possible. The frame and cart are very sturdy with no problems in assembly. Would buy again.

Sturdy!
Exactly as ordered and expected! Perfect for today’’s tech! The monitor stand works best using the hole on the top of the cart with the second assembly which twists into the pole. The clamping assembly option would work on a flat surface, but the cart has a lip.

Love it!
This desk makes me feel like I am back in the office at my desk. I love it. Only downside is the screens weigh the stand down and the directions are wacky.

Good enough for goverment work
Installation- manual has some chirality issue with its instruction- monitor arm is 3rd party, some finessing will require and use the Grommet mount- For monitor arm bolts, some are not flushed, be aware of sharp metal edges to prevent laceration injuries (happened to me and not fun)- The side bolts in the base stand is a bit hard to tighten due to the 45 degree angle (why not flush it at 0 or 90 degree?)Overall ExperienceIt works, functional, and good enough for goverment work. Don't expect the clean instruction and assembly like IKEA. In hindsight, I probably wouldn't purchase this item. Returning is a b*tch b/c it weighs 50+ lbs

Missing Parts, Needs Spacers, and Monitors Need Adaptors
Very disappointed with this cart. The monitor stand leans forward. It can’t support any weight at all. Its because its anchored by the top of the cart that is very thin. I will try to add plywood to the top of the stand. Don’t buy this if you want it to work right out of the box.We were missing 3 bolts. This required a trip to Home Depot and a waste of a lot of time.I also needed to add a 1" spacer to the monitor stand in order to make the system sturdy.Lastly, you will most likely need an adapter for the monitors. I ordered them on amazon but delayed the completion of this project by another day.
