Put sticks on ahead of time.
These are easy to assemble and have good adhesion if you are patient and careful. It requiresThat you remove the paper off double sided foam tape and place it on each item, place the stick on top and then place a paper on top. My 15 year old daughter did them very quick hours before their party and some stuck better an others.
