I am a plus-size woman trying to lose weight.I have started Samsung health and started competing with my boyfriend in step challenges; the leggings I wear don't always have a pocket to hold my phone to track my steps.So I purchased a large for my calves to make sure it will fit.The first plus from me is that, I received it within the week I purchased it.Secondly, the pocket to hold the phone works great! it has non slip grips to hold on to them leggings or your skin for dear life; with the right adjustment (I made it snug as I could handle throughout my workout.)Lastly, it doesn't roll I was able to keep going with minimal adjustments.Needless to say, I am a happy camper, and I was able to win 2 challenges against my man lol, which is really what gave it the 5 stars lol mainly because I am able to accurately catch my steps now so this purchase was definitely worth it!So in closing, this is just my experience, I don't know if it will work the same for you, but its definitely working for me. Kudos to the seller!

This is the best solution for securing your phone during exercise. Pair your phone with wireless ear phones or buds. You won't know it's there - so comfortable and secure. Works much better than an arm band. And it looks a bit edgy. Fabric is superior, and velcro is the best.

This leg cell phone holder works great for horseback riding and other activities where not much leg movement is needed. If you are a jogger (or even walking) you will find it down at your ankle in no time at all. The reason for this (at least for me) is that there isn’t enough Velcro to securely fasten it to your leg/calf. A one size fits all just doesn’t cut it.The description states that “this cell phone pouch holder was created for the savvy equestrian that carries a smartphone” and it works as designed. It also states that it works for “anyone that lives an active lifestyle such as running, hiking, dog walking…”. I find this not to be the case for the reason mentioned above. While it is a nice product, I just can’t get it to stay up on my calf when I go up/down stairs or even walk from a parking lot to a store.The description further states “...flexible strap to fit larger strong arm/calf circumference up to 14.6''. You shouldn't worry about finding a perfect size since this exercise arm holder and adjustable Velcro fastenings to fit any arm/calf size from 11.0-14.6''…” My calf circumference is 14 inches and I just can’t make it tight enough. My friend tried it and his calf is just over 15 inches and it doesn’t stay up on him either. I can’t see how those with smaller calf’s will find a secure fit. You just can’t make it tight enough. I have not tried it on my arm as I needed a leg cell phone holder.Other than that, it’s nicely constructed and works well for activities where there is little impact leg movement. It holds my iPhone 8 perfectly. This item needs to be available in different sizes thus allowing for a more secure fit. Having the pouch attached to a Velcro strap with breathable cloth on the reverse side would have been a better design.Seller was excellent to work with in resolving this and issuing a refund.

I wanted this to hold my phone under a Bridesmaid's Dress and my Samsung s21 fit in it but anytime I had to move quickly and use my calf muscles, it would slide down to my ankle. It worked for a very short period while I was slowly walking or sitting but when I need to rush something to the coordinator, it would fall. I'm still really happy with the purchase and will use it at the gym but I wanted people to know that ot will slide if you're rushing around and it's on your leg.

I bought this cell phone leg holder to wear under a formal gown at a large event. I didn’t want to carry a purse and this leg device allows me to be hands-free. I ordered the large size based on previous reviews. I only need to wear this device for a few hours, but it’s a great way to secure my phone. Glad I could find this at a reasonable price! Highly recommend.

I bought this to hold a bone stimulator device, that I’m using to help heal a broken fragment of bone on my fibula. The stimulator looks like the size of an old flip phone.The leg device holds it perfectly and the material used for this, is really comfortable. I don’t even know I’m wearing it. It fell down once and I resecured it, and it’s staying up.No sure how it would hold up, if your are using it to run.But it works perfectly for my needs.

Happy purchase I use this to so my phone can count my steps. Also will wear when biking.

Was using a fitness belt to hold iPhone 11 while exercising but was not getting an accurate step count on my health tracker. Used this product for the first time today on my calf with excellent tracking results. Would highly recommend. I had to take my iPhone 11 out of the zipper case which holds my credit cards to fit in the pocket. If you have a regular case on your iPhone it should fit but it’s tight.
