I have not found that to be the case.

Q: From what I can tell 100g=16 carbs? How is this keto friendly?

I would try one of the other brands. This one may have its nutritional info incorrect. Every other one I’ve looked at has a much higher fiber count.

Q: Why does your product have more carbs than lupina?

Remember to subtract out the fiber for true comparison.

Q: The nutritional value ratios seem way off compared to other pure lupin flours? Specifically the percentage of carbs that are fiber?

I would suggest "MIRACLE FLOUR" version here on Amazon with 3 packages of a pound each for $29.95, almost $10 per bag NonGMO, 1/4 Cup at 1g NET Carbs (12g Total/11gFiber) Differences: some brands have "Natural Flavors" added which could be Sugar or Corn StarchJust like many foods, Carb values can differ for same item. Example: Tomatoes (really a fruit) varieties have differing carb counts so San Marzano tomatoes will differ from Italian Roma tomatoes. Squash varieties can differ, Butternut to Zucchini. So READ labels and do your math of subtracting Fiber grams from Total grams for KETO, and WATCH Serving Size!
