Since buying this case have dropped my cell a couple times nothing happen to the phone. The case looks good and it does the job. Great product 👌

The case was very pretty. I loved the purple marble color and that it was kind of textured. I 've only had it on my phone for a little over a week and noticed 2 cracks at the top of the purple inner layer. I don't think i've dropped it and certainly not hard enough that it should crack. It's a cute case but obviously not very strong. Disappointing.

The media could not be loaded.  I recently purchased this case and it is not what I hoped for. The plastic part is fragile and already broke. Also the cover over the plastic is flimsy and not durable. I'm very disappointed. Unfortunately I am past the return mark and cannot get a refund. Wouldn't buy this case again..

This case is pictured as a bright pink with purple and burgundy accents and shiney gold. It's not. It's a muted purple and very dark,barely visible burgundy. The gold is not shiney or sparkly its more of a brown/beige. It's not an ugly case but its not even close to what was pictured. Also the screen protector is not quite the right size. Theres about 2 millimeters of uncovered space at the bottom of my screen.

I like that it's not bulky, but very durably. I've dropped my phone on several occasions by accident and this case has kept it protected! Not a scratch nor crack on my phone.👍🏾👍🏾

This was a replacement for a much better, comparably priced case that looks identical on Amazon, except for it was pink. The lines are not metallic and the case is flimsy. The screen protectors are incredibly thin, offering little protection at all, and are painstaking to put on without a million air bubbles underneath. The three stars are for the fact that the front frame and case snap together very well and the tempered glass camera protector is a very neato feature. It also does look very nice once it is on. It will not protect your screen if you drop it that way, but the case will act as a minor shock absorber. It might do it for someone who doesn't have so many hazards to their phone in the home. Unfortunately, for me, I will be ordering a different case to replace this one.

Its beautiful ,but makes side buttons hard to push

Bought and to be returned soon.I had the impression this was a rubber case, but it's actually plastic. The feeling is quite 'hard' and, for the same reason, slippery. In real life, it looks cheapy and I don't know how this can offer protection against drops/falls -as advertised- as it's just a piece of rigid plastic.2 stars instead of 1 because it's actually in line -on average- with its description although it should be cheaper for what it is. It can only be a good solution for those that always leave their mobile phone on a desk or in a bag but I wouldn't recommend it if you're always on the move (travels, commuting, etc).So I'm returning this to go back to the only Note9 cover worth buying: Spigen. I've already had one and I'm buying my second, highly recommended!

Made my touches on my screen clunky and non responsive for some reason, I have my sensitivity turned up. It also looked like it was used as there was a mark on the side for some reason.It felt clunky in hand and would really protect your phone but I prefer it to be a little less bulky. Good if you want a rugged phone case but I didn't expect it to be like this.Its not my bag, but it might be for you if you want a bigger case.Came in time and but just didn't look new due to the mark.I think ill go with a similar one to what I've got but see through.

I wasn't impressed when the plastic inner layer broke in the first month of use. Then the pattern on the back started to rub off. Wish I hadn't brought it, waste of money

I love the style and and colour of the Jeylly Case, and the design is very tactile and sleek. Only one downside is, that it didn't come glass protector. But I still love it!

Value for money, had different colours, I'm happy with the blue, gives a good grip
