Great for Crafting
Good quality rope. I used it for a crafting project with hot glue and it held up well with no fraying it breakage. The ends come wrapped in tape that I easily removed for my project. The color is also true to the picture.

Nice manila rope, but mild smell and greasy/oily finish
I bought this rope for the garden, and it will work very well there. I also bought it to use some for my pet birds for climbing on. I don't plan to use it with the birds b/c it smells oily/industrial (not too strong) and leaves a bit of light grease on my fingers. This may be natural or a treated rope, I'm not sure, but others should know it might not be all natural.

Perfect for non-weight-bearing rope work.
When you need to tie something up, don't need that thing to be suspended in any way, and want to prevent the thing from wiggling loose and/or provide the thing with some lovely rope burns to hide from her coworkers at the library, this rope is perfect. Mine arrived with the ends taped, and I suggest you tape, wax, or wrap the ends, as this stuff frays like crazy.

Very nice product but very overpriced.
Very nice product but very overpriced. Could have gotten the same thing at Hobby lobby for way less. I would have returned it but it would have cost me over half of the original price just to ship it back.

Fit my needs
I used this a decorations for my nautical themed baby shower. It worked great for my needs. Great deal! considering nautical rope at Micheal's, my local craft store, was $7.99 for a very short length. This was like quadruple the size for the same price. The rope is pretty sturdy too.

Not worth it
Less than 35 lb load. Better rope available at Walmart for less.

I got splinters from just trying to measure it all out and would not recommend for using it for anything but tossing it out
Smelly, rough and messy. Not at all what reviews said about it. I got splinters from just trying to measure it all out and would not recommend for using it for anything but tossing it out. Hard to tie with and stiff.

Great for crafting
Used to cover some cheap plastic baskets and cheap plastic legs on some Wally World side tables. Great for crafts. Would recommend, but if you aren't too particular about color and only care about length and cost, there are more cost effective crafting ropes out there. Personally, I like the color on this one more than the more economical one I described previously.
