This lamps are cute enough for a little country charm. The shades look nice enough when the lights are off but when you turn them on, you can see discoloration is heavy. Looks like area spots of brownish color. I have them in a room that's not used much so it's not important enough to trouble myself with a return. I wouldn't buy these at this price point in a retail store. So, the shades are shaded.

These lamps were just what I was hoping for, just the right size. Has a nice look to it and the height of these helps to illuminate the darker side of the livingroom. Very happy, hooked them up to some smart plugs and set them as a group so I can turn them off and on with Alexa
