Gluten free flour
I was in need to purchase this flour for some food based recipes I was making. First time using it, and I am very happy with the results. Everything turned out well, baked well and will be buying this again. Not much else I can add, only if it is something you need, give it a try, I do not think you will be disappointed. Bob has always made very good products. I use many of Bob's Red Mill, I like because they are organic and the company is employee owned, this is a big one for me.

Great baking flour! Will use again.
I made the best chocolate cake I've ever tasted with this flour for my niece's birthday! Also, my first gluten free attempt. Easy to use and produced great texture and flavor.

Great quality
I love this brand of gluten-free flour. I have struggled so much since my celiac diagnosis finding products that have good flavor and I really dont notice much difference between this and regular flour

Another good Bob's product.
We are fans of Bob's product. This is good, works well in recipes and is reasonably priced.

I still detest GF but ENJOYED THIS! Will buy again.
This really surprised me. I usually hate gluten-free baking, but I genuinely enjoyed this. The taste and texture turned out great, and it mixes easily with good mixability. It really is a 1-1 substitute, though I noticed the batter benefits from a short rest and a pinch more moisture to recipes for the better rise and overall results. There’s a very slight grainy texture, but it’s minimal and didn’t bother me. Overall, it’s solid value for money and one of the better gluten-free flours I’ve tried. Pricy but cheaper here than most GF flours elsewhere, so take that as you will.

Great gluten free substitute
While my Amazon order never showed up, I was able to get a bag from Kroger, so I will review the product, not my ongoing issues with Amazon. Gluten free baked goods are notoriously bad. My theory is that people are using different types of flours that have their own flavor like almond, and it's clashing with the flavors that they're going for. When I found this one, I knew that Red Mill was a good brand, and 1-to-1 baking flour sounded like the best substitute for regular flour in baked goods. The texture is a bit different which makes sense because it's hard to mimic gluten proteins. My first product was a strawberry cupcake, but the texture was more like a muffin. My second product was a banana bread muffin with chocolate chips, and it was less fluffy than usual. My third product was a chocolate chip cookie cake, and it was a bit chalky. I personally liked the first two, and I wasn't a huge fan of the third, but I'm also used to making and eating baked goods with regular flour. However the two people I made them for with celiac said they were some of the best baked goods they've ever had, and that's really what it's all about. I'm not trying to say I'm a great baker, but I am saying that this is a great product.

Excellent in terms of baking. But expensive.

Better than any other gluten free flour I’ve tried to bake with - you really can substitute it 1:1 with any recipe that uses plain flour and the cakes turn out relatively light. I wouldn’t use it in place of self raising flour though.

Excellent. Exactly what it says 1:1 flour for baking that more or less tastes like a regular flour based product. Cookies, cakes, cupcakes, pancakes all good. Haven’t tried to make bread, croissants, items where the specific consistency of flour is more essential to the outcome but basic cake like goods turn out well.
