They are sturdy, hold a half a cat of wet cat food perfectly. These ones I like more than some others due to durability. These do not compost well and it is not advertised they do. We still tried but haven’t found any that truly do.Being a dedicated crazy cat couple these come in handy for when we are out of town and have someone watch them for us. We wouldn’t want the pet sitter to have to wash 11 dishes 2 times a day. Hard enough to find someone to care for 11 cats.

I got these instead of buying paper plates because if you use these, you can eat on them. You can reheat your dinners on them or you can make different things with stuff in them. They’re easy to use. They are very handy, but they do not support food with liquid. They are supposed to have a coating to prevent leaks, but they get wet on the outer bottom. They are good for many food items.
