I’ve been taking this collagen for a few months now and love it. It’s a couple tablespoons of liquid that you can easily take first thing in the morning. No mixing nasty powder in your coffee or chugging a whole glass of something you can barely keep down. It tastes like juice, has no “protein” taste to it, which I was very surprised to discover. I definitely plan on continuing to take these.

I don't know if collagen supplements actually work or not. And while I haven't suddenly recaptured my youth or anything (yet) by drinking these daily supplements, it does taste good, its convenient, and is a lot better than taking the big pills. My question: Why are there only 12 in the box???? If you take it daily, even two boxes would last you a full month. My advice, purchase this in the 30 pack at Costco for $21.99. (Sorry, Amazon).

I thought after reading I needed collagen in my life. This actually was easy to use and tasted great. But after hearing my dr say that small amount has to go all thru your body. So for it to hit wrinkles or hair or nails …. Well it’s just not enough. So decide for yourself. I ordered once and that was it. But it did taste good.
