RAG28 Plastic Designer Wall Clock (Black_11.75 Inch X 11.75 Inch)

Faulty product out of the box. The clock randomly stops working, changed batteries twice but its still the same. It says it comes with 18 monyh warranty, but when I called its customer care about the defective product which is under warranty, they seemed least interested and have yet to respond regarding replacement/return.[UPDATE]They have delivered a replacement watch. Unfortunate it doesn't work either, the second hands stops when it meets the minute hand. Turns out they are pushing cheap repaired watches as evident by the repaired sticker on the back. Stay away from this product.

Clock is as described. Looks good on wall. Simple design easy to see time esp for kids. Slightly overpriced. Rs 500-600 would have been okay. But looks good.

This watch clock stop working after 2 -3 hours plzz do something for this Amazon.

This product is not as attractive as it looks in the image shown. I had actually bought the same clock from another seller which was a very beautiful one but had to return it coz it was damaged...whn i saw this clock (from different seller than d first buy) i dint hav a second thot jus ordered it...but this clock doesnt look anywr close to the one i previously purchased hence very disappointed...

The first day it wasnt wrking fine, it stopped 4 times in 24 hrs, we made a return request the same day.. frm the nxt day onwards, it started wrking fine, so i cancelled the return request, now after 20 days, it has started stopping again, n we cant replace or return it, bcoz the window of 15 days of return has been closed..Pls help, we dnt want to return it, we want it to be replaced..

The clock is not showing accurate time. I tried changing batteries multiple times, but still it runs slow by several minutes in 24 hour time period, within 2 days the clock gets late by more than 30 minutes.The warranty documentation provided does not indicate where to log complaints to get the trouble resolved.Not happy with the product.

Item received was defective. Second hand moves forward 2 steps and take one step backwards, what kind of Watch does that ?? One screw in the back was missing. Watch was loosely assembled. Whole structure was unstable. Really disappointed.

This item was ordered on 1st October and received on 8th October. Return window closed by Amazon on 20th October. Item description showing 18 months replacement warranty on movement machine. This clock is running very late and some time fully stopped. What to do or whom to contact.
