I absolutely love this pillow. It’s very comfortable. It’s firm, but not hard. I bought two of them about four years ago, and neither has lost its shape. I previously had knee surgery and used one pillow between my knees to separate them, and to maintain proper hip and spine alignment. The stretchable strap is very comfortable, not tight at all, and it keeps the pillow in place even when I turn from side to side. As a side sleeper, I use the second pillow under my top arm. I place my arm through the strap and slide it up to my upper arm, which stabilizes my arm and prevents it from flopping downward. My arm rests perfectly in the indentation where my knees would normally go. I have a pinched nerve in my neck that affects my shoulder and arm, and this pillow keeps my arm in one position, which really helps reduce pain. The cover is removable and washable. I’ve washed mine many times, and they still look new. I see on these reviews that other people use these pillows in creative ways beyond just knee support, which makes them even more versatile. These are great pillows, and I’m so glad I found them.

If you want a pillow for your legs/knees/hips and aren't sure what to get. I absolutely recommend this one. It's been good for what I need. I toss and turn at night, side sleeper, sometimes back etc. I put this between my thighs and this rolls all around with me, and somehow stays right where my legs need it, all the time. I feel like the design helps that. It's easy to slip on and off as well. I don't feel uncomfortable with the strap. My mid thighs where I like to keep it are about ~17.5inches, the strap can stretch much larger than that. The material is very soft. I think this is helping relieve extra stress/tension from my position(s), also nice on my knees/uneven hips etc. (I also recommend incorporating "Happy Baby" pose -being careful to not raise your lower back off the floor- if you have hip issues/pain, it's a nice stretch). This seemed bulky at first but it really snugs in between my legs. I like the strap as it keeps the pillow in place (most of the time) while I sleep. My tight hip pain in the AM has decreased & this pillow is definitely the reason why! This beats a regular pillow that ends up being flattened or ends up on the floor instead of between my legs. Not sure why I waited so long to get one!!

I am definitely buying more because I love to sleep on it as a pillow for my head!! But when I use it for its intended purpose, it stays between my legs without moving, but is not tight. It’s great for that or anything else that you would use a pillow for. Worth every penny!!!

I spend 100% of my sleep time on my right side. However, I started having hip pain in the mornings. (I'm mid-30's, 110 pounds). I figured I needed a pillow between my knees to sleep more ergonomically, so ordered one to try out (Contour brand). That one made my pain worse, but it was such a firm pillow that I figured I should try another kind- hoping it'd be softer and better designed for my body- so I ordered this one. From the first night with this, my hip pain completely dissipated, and now I can't imagine trying to sleep without it. It's just soft enough to be comfortable, but seems like it'll hold its shape for a long time. I also like having the strap so I can't lose it in the night. Glad I found a solution that will allow me to side sleep forever!

Would not recommend it

Love this. Purchased this in Oct 2020 for $27 and was hesitant at first on its effectiveness. But it truly helps elevate hip pain as I’m a chronic side sleeper. Works well and the band stays in place on my leg. Whichever leg to hook the band round, it’s fine as it stays in place. Only downside is that I have to hold the pillow in place at my leg if I wake up at night to go to the bathroom. Otherwise, been using it for almost a year and loving it. Buy it, no regrets. Will definitely help with the back aches and side pains. After using it everyday for 10 months, it’s still as firm as ever. I was afraid it might flatten but nope it didn’t. Thinking to purchase a spare one but the price increased by so much. Will wait and see but this product is a definite 5 stars. Pro tip: I found out it works well as a neck support pillow as well. I randomly put it on my neck and viola it works! Very comfy for a short afternoon nap.
