Haven't found a better product then this for giving me an extra boost and helping carry me through a workout. I've noticed a significant difference in my overall energy levels when I'm using this product mid-workout versus when I'm not. Although I'm not as serious of a lifter as I used to be, I can tell you that this will definitely help you with your workouts regardless of intensity. i wish I had known about this when i was doing more intense workouts because this would've definitely helped me. I've tried the 'Lemon-Lime' and 'Mango' flavors and have liked them both. The 'Lemon-Lime' is a little bit too sour/tart for me and it left my mouth with a bad after-taste and also bad breath. Honestly, this wasn't a huge deal for me cause I could just work around it but it's something that other people should know. The 'Mango' has definitely been better flavor-wise and has not left me with any bad breath/weird after-taste. I really like the 'Mango' flavor and think it's worth a try for anyone. Something else worth noting - this stuff is fairly acidic and likes to coat your teeth. I noticed some increased tooth sensitivity after drinking these regularly and not brushing my teeth in a reasonable amount of time afterwards. A full scoop in a 20-oz blender is strong and I rarely ever use that amount anymore. Normally I use 1/2 scoop or even less now but it depends on the intensity of the day's workout.

Getting older it’s hard to keep my protein intake up as high as I would like it. I just can’t eat the way I used to without feeling overly full anymore. So this is a great way of getting those BCAAs without having to do so, while also helping keep your calorie intake lower. When opening the tub, there is a bit of an odd smell. But it’s not noticeable when mixing it in with a liquid. The flavor is pretty good, nothing too intense. It also mixes in very well.

I love this stuff and built a lot of good muscle with it. The supplemental Glutamine is a nice feature and it tastes great! I will be reordering more when it runs out!

These are my go-to BCAAs because I do a lot of intermittent fasting. Seems to help my recovery and building; I use the recommended daily servings every day. I noticed that I'm buying less sparkling water and diet soda, so if you're trying to get off carbonated drinks, try this. I would recommend a smaller quantity of flavors that you have not yet tried. My only regret with this product is having a 90 serving supply of a flavor I'm not crazy about (mango) though it is still tasty. I love how there are so many flavors to choose from.

Very strong taste when using a scoop mixed in a full 32oz bottle. Dyes your fingers orange if there’s any moisture on your hands. If It wasn’t for the insane amount of food dye they put in this crap I’d probably give It 5 stars. It mixes well, It does help with recovery but EEAs are cheaper, have more of what you need, and none of the dyes and crap you don’t want. I will not be buying again.
