Not Emile Henry quality
This piece appears highly irregular. It came without any Emile Henry stickers or packaging, which is unusual for this brand. As you can see, there are dimples and a large line down the center of this platter. I am contacting the brand directly as this was fulfilled by Amazon.

Very nice platter
Got this as a Christmas present for my wife. She loves it! Goes right in the oven and then is used to serve on. Great quality.
