Q: Can you use the earbuds to change the volume, or do you have to use the phone?

No volume control on the earbuds. You will have to use the phone.

Q: When using only the right earbud does it work in mono for music or 1/2 stereo? I know fool question!

I would guess if you change the EQ in the phone settings it would work like that but idk

Q: Why are the black ones $150 and the colored ones $100?

I wouldn’t spend the extra 50$ for black. 100$ is what I would pay. I paid 150$ I would not repurchase at that price.

Q: The sound in my right earbud is not working. The earbud is still synced with the other, and resetting has not solved the issue. What do I do?
