Jaguar for Men has such a wonderful 1980s scent that it's moving fast up to my all-time favorites in my collection. This could very easily be my signature scent. It starts off a little sweet, but not too much. Make no mistake, it's not like the modern bubblegum fragrances that are out there; instead, it blends perfectly into some floral and woodsy notes, green notes, and tobacco, among many, many other masculine notes. It's hard to describe the overall scent as it's complex to my nose, but it's definitely masculine, retro, and has great longevity and projection. I'm getting about a full day with this fragrance. I highly recommend it!

If you like unique fragrances, this one is for you! It's in no way like the sugary sweet "men's" fragrances that are so prevalent today... This is a throwback style of scent. It's "dry" and light and airy... Perfect for all weather, but really works great in the warmer months. The opening can be a little off putting to some folks, but anyone who really appreciates fine cologne will know that the dry down is where it's at! An excellent value for the price... This one lasts a good six hours on the skin and up to ten or so on clothing.

There is a reason this has been around for 4 decades - it's a true classic. The opening of this EDT is *very* heavy, filling the nose with citrus (peel, not juice, as it still has some bitterness) and an herbal bouquet; sweet basil & thyme dominate but the lavender declares it's there from the get go. The geranium was also instantly noticeable. After about 15 minutes, you enter the middle where the floral notes become more pronounced - but are always balanced with spice and some bitter herbs. In the drydown (which, for me at least, hits within the hour) it calms down into a soapy clean smell. The lavender and moss comes forward. There was a hint of pine or cedar, but it was fleeting. I will say that I sprayed this on my wrists and kept getting whiffs of that base soapy note for over 8 hours. If you are a fan of Irish Spring, you are going to absolutely love this. While it doesn't have the kind of projection I was hoping for, I am still happy to have it in my collection. In the formulation I have, it's difficult to pick out notes after the first hour but it just gives the impression of being clean and well-groomed (something a lot of longer-lasting fragrances can't do because they are too busy trying to make you smell like something you aren't). I'm betting this would be lovely layered with another fragrance to accentuate whatever note you're aiming for: something spicy & oudy for the woods or leathery to "man" up the floral elements. I could even see something citrusey to keep that opening vibe going. This is absolutely office safe, but could also be appropriate at a more formal event if you aren't trying to "score" but instead simply leave a good impression of being well-groomed. I will also say that the atomizer on this was very disappointing. I'm tempted to decant into a pocket sprayer and take along with me to see if better atomization changes the opening. If not, I'll at least get to recharge a few times through the day.

Prior to my purchase I had never tried or smelled Jaguar, I simply bought it because of the price-point and took a chance due to the reviews. This cologne is something you don't need much of, it is stronger and lasting (which is atypical with many colognes). It does have a very strong outdoorsy, musky scent and if you like that type this would be for you. What I am even more impressed with is the price-point I found it at, I lately spent much more for a cologne which was pleasant, but weak. I think if a cologne needs reapplied during the day then it should be under $10, and if it last then it is a quality product, especially when the scent is attractive to the individual and represents a characteristic of the individual. Jaguar is for me, and I am glad I tried it.

It's not what it used to be! If you are someone who loved this brand and felt it for a long timer like me, you'd be disappointed. The scent profile is familiar but nonexistent after a few seconds. Nothing! Not sure what changed, but decided not to reorder.

Very good, high quality product

La fragancia es autentica, el frasco llego sin daños y completo, y su caja intacta, en su bolsa de celofan sellada. Es un aroma algo especial y clasico, muy clasico, muy varonil, salida herbal como a los aromas de las barberias de antaño, secado muy agradable como a jabon de tocador. El tapon se ajusta bien, se siente robusto, tal vez corrigieron su diseño.

Apparemment cette eau de toilette semble plaire aux femmes , je n'ai reçu que des compliments avec la demande de savoir quelle était la marque et ou la trouver . Je ne peux donc que recommander .

Gostei, fixa bem e conforme vai passando o tempo a fragrância só melhora.
